Předmětem práce je stavebně technologický projekt rezidenčního parku v Olomouci. Součástí práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, na ni navazuje studie hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu. Dále je součástí práce řešení pro širší vztahy dopravních tras a koordinační situce stavby. Navrhl jsem zařízení staveniště pro hrubou stavbu I. etapy výstavby včetně hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, časový a finanční plán objektový pro všechny objekty, na který navazuje podrobný celkový časový plán realizace hlavního stavebního objektu. Dále byly zpracovány položkové rozpočty s výkazy výměr. Další součást práce je plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů pro konkretní druhy práce a objekty. Byl zhotoven technologický předpis s kontrolním a zkušebním plánem pro monolitické svislé a vodorovné konstrukce a plán BOZP. Bylo zpracováno také požárně bezpečnostní řešení celé stavby. Nakonec byl zpracován orientační propočet celé stavby dle technickohospodářských ukazatelů pro aktuální rok. ; The subject of the work is the construction and technological project of a residential park in Olomouc. Part of the thesis is a technical report on the construction technology project, which is followed by a study of the main technological stages of the construction object. Furthermore, part of the work includes solutions for wider relations of transport routes and the coordination situation of the construction. I designed the equipment of the construction site for the rough construction of the first stage of construction, including the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time and financial plan for all objects, which is followed by a detailed overall time plan for the realization of the main construction object. Next, itemized budgets with measurement statements were processed. Another part of the work is a plan to secure material resources for specific types of work and objects.
