| الوصف: | 部分未開放全文之論文可透過本校博碩士論文系統於校內網域使用，實際授權情形以該系統為準。 ; 摘要中華郵政自92年元旦改制為公司型態以來，面對開放市場的激烈競爭，惟有善用人力資源及重視績效制度才能繼續生存茁壯。人格特質的研究與應用已逐漸成為企業人力資源管理部門人力規劃參考的變數，經由多數學者的研究發現，人格特質的差異可以作為人力甄選及工作考核的重要參考指標。David (1989)研究發現「人格是可於特定情境中預測一個人之作為者，他關切個人的所有行為，包括外在與內在行為」，對於一個人的生活順適、人際關係、事業成就等各方面具有莫大的裨益。本研究以五大人格特質（Big Five）為架構，探討個人變項與五大人格特質對個人生產力及壽險業績之關係，本研究與一般研究者不同之處在於工作績效之個人生產力及壽險業績，並非透過量表求得，而是經由中華郵政之次級資料直接取得，或許可消除受試者填寫問卷不正確之因素，其研究結果應更具價值與意義。以全區郵局之郵政壽險績優業務員為研究對象，透過郵寄方式進行問卷調查，共發出問卷400份，回收有效問卷279份，經由t檢定、變異數分析及薛費多多重比較法、相關分析及簡單迴歸分析等方法來檢定個人變項在人格特質、個人生產力、壽險業績及人格特質在個人生產力與壽險業績之差異。關於郵政壽險績優業務員研究之主要發現：一、資位、年齡及配偶收入因壽險績優業務員之性別不同有顯著差異。二、人格特質中「外向性」及「友善性」因性別不同有顯著差異。三、所有個人變項及人格特質各構面對個人儲匯窗口生產力均無顯著相關。四、個人變項中年資、配偶收入及午休時間之差異，在壽險業績之表現達顯著差異；其中業餘招攬時數對「壽險業績」之相關雖未達顯著，但是以平均數來看業餘招攬時數愈多者壽險業績愈高。五、人格特質與壽險招攬業績之表現未達顯著相關。 ; abstractSince CHUNGHWA POST CO., LTD changed into company system on January 2003 which faces to the opened competitive market, the only way can continue the existence and grows more and more prosperity by using men power resource and paying attention to systematic capacity. The Personality Traits study and utilization will become gradually the enterprise men power resource in men power management of changing digit reference, the different characteristic can be the index of men power’s selection and important verified working reference. The personal character can predict a person’s action according to David’s study in 1989 who concerns personal actions included exterior and interior action. It will be a great benefit to a person confertable living, men relationship and their business in every field. Our study is 5 big constructions of man’s characteristic to discuss the personal changing items and 5 big Personality Traits to the personal produced force and life insurances- performance’s relation, our study differs from the general studied researcher in personal working production force and life insurance business affair, it does not obtain the result through the measuring chart, but it obtains directly through the secondary information of CHUNGHWA POST CO., ... |
