Abbreviations: D= docetaxel 100 mg/m2 (D1=D21), wP= weekly paclitaxel (80 mg/m2), (F)EC = 5-fluorouracil (500 mg/m2), epirubicin (100 mg/m2), cyclophosphamide (500 mg/m2). Table S2.
