الوصف: | Los trastornos hemorrágicos congénitos, entre ellos la Hemofilia son causados por alteraciones cualitativas y cuantitativas en las plaquetas y proteínas de la coagulación y de la fibrinólisis. El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la evidencia científica basada en registros poblacionales de Hemofilia y otros trastornos hemorrágicos congénitos. Metodolología: Se plantea una revisión de la literatura científica indexada en la base de datos PubMed y LILACS, con los términos MeSH y DeCS "Hemophilia” “Haemophilia" "Rare Congenital Bleeding disorders" "Acquired” y “Registry”. Resultados esperados: Se espera reconocer información acerca de la Hemofilia y otros trastornos hemorrágicos congénitos derivada de registros epidemiológicos, y de esta manera reconocer la importancia del uso de registros en la generación de evidencia científica para este grupo de enfermedades. ; Congenital bleeding disorders, including Hemophilia, are caused by qualitative and quantitative alterations in platelets and coagulation and fibrinolysis proteins. The objective of the present study is to determine the scientific evidence based on population registries of Hemophilia and other congenital bleeding disorders. Methodology: A review of the scientific literature indexed in the PubMed and LILACS databases is proposed, with the terms MeSH and DeCS "Hemophilia" "Hemophilia" "Rare congenital bleeding disorders" "Acquired" and "Registry". Expected results: Recognize information about Hemophilia and other congenital bleeding disorders derived from epidemiological registries, and in this way recognize the importance of the use of registries in the generation of scientific evidence for this group of diseases. ; Modalidad Presencial |
