Treball Final de Grau en Mestre o Mestra d'Educació Infantil. Codi: MI1040. Curs acadèmic: 2017/2018 Este proyecto de intervención tiene como objetivo ayudar a tolerar posibles frustraciones partiendo por el autocontrol emocional, sobre todo la impulsividad, utilizando como ayuda la técnica de la tortuga. Mediante la realización de cinco actividades se pretende ayudar al alumnado a utilizar alternativas para controlar su impulsividad ante situaciones negativas. En definitiva, se focaliza en potenciar las habilidades sociales y emociones dentro del ámbito educativo, concretamente el aula, con el objetivo de construir un alumnado preparado para afrontar situaciones problemáticas. This intervention project aims to help tolerate possible frustrations starting with emotional self-control, especially impulsiveness, using the turtle technique as an aid. Through the realization of five activities is intended to help students to use alternatives to control their impulsiveness in negative situations. In short, it focuses on enhancing social skills and emotions within the educational sphere, specifically the classroom, with the aim of building a student prepared to face problematic situations.
