Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar a perceção dos trabalhadores sobre o teletrabalho em diferentes setores de atividade e fornecer aos empregadores informação que lhes permita garantir um local de trabalho saudável e seguro mesmo quando fora das suas instalações. Como objetivos específicos, pretende analisar as condições de trabalho em que estes trabalhadores passaram a prestar a sua atividade e as condições específicas daquilo que são os novos locais de trabalho; caracterizar as vantagens e desvantagens do teletrabalho e identificar novos riscos decorrentes desta nova forma de trabalho como desafio para a saúde e segurança no trabalho; apresentar propostas de melhoria que permitam que o teletrabalho seja introduzido como uma nova forma de trabalho sem consequências gravosas para a saúde dos trabalhadores. Metodologicamente, por forma atingir os objetivos, foi realizada revisão da literatura com referência ao tema, que permite ter uma melhor perceção e caracterização do teletrabalho, e novos riscos emergentes, nomeadamente os ligados á vertente psicossocial, ainda pouco descritos e referenciados. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de observação direta extensiva, sob a forma de questionário com perguntas mistas, distribuído online de forma aleatória. A análise e discussão dos resultados é acompanhada e comparada com outros estudos existentes e resultados estatísticos de entidades e organizações interessadas. Concluiu-se que o recurso ao teletrabalho cresceu bastante, quer por força da sua obrigatoriedade em período de pandemia, quer pela perceção das vantagens e desvantagens por empregador e trabalhador. Apesar do crescente envolvimento de governos e organizações no sentido de melhorar a legislação e a informação existente para garantir as condições de saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores, esta tem-se revelado insuficiente quando empregadores e trabalhadores não se encontram esclarecidos e envolvidos. Como contributos, sugerem-se algumas recomendações para as principais problemáticas identificadas que visam apoiar a consolidação do teletrabalho na atualidade, tendo em consideração as questões da saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores |

The main purpose of this work is to analyze the perception of workers about telework in different sectors of activity and to provide employers with information that allows them to guarantee a healthy and safe workplace even outside their facilities. As specific objectives, it intends to analyze the working conditions in which these workers started to provide their activity and the specific conditions of what are the new workplaces; characterize the advantages and disadvantages of telework and identify new risks arising from this new way of working as a challenge to health and safety at work; present proposals for improvement that allow teleworking to be introduced as a new way of working. Methodologically, in order to achieve the objectives, a literature review was carried out with reference to the theme, which allows a better perception and characterization of telework, and new emerging risks, namely those linked to the psychosocial aspect, still little described and referenced. Extensive direct observation research was conducted in the form of a mixed-question questionnaire, randomly distributed online. The analysis and discussion of the results is accompanied and compared with other existing studies and statistical results from interested entities and organizations. It was concluded that the use of telework has grown a lot, both due to its obligation in a pandemic period, and due to the perception of advantages and disadvantages by employer and worker. Despite the growing involvement of governments and organizations in order to improve existing legislation and information to guarantee workers' health and safety conditions, this has proved to be insufficient when employers and workers are not informed and involved. As a contribution, some recommendations are suggested for the main issues identified that aim to support the consolidation of telework today, considering the health and safety issues of workers. |
