| الوصف: | A reflection will be presented based on the theoretical-practical experience arising from the Curriculum Internships in Social Work, carried out within the scope of health policy in the period 2019 to 2020. The intervention project aimed at implementing Continuing Education in Health to the team of workers of the Psychosocial Care Network of Canoas, in Rio Grande do Sul. Continuing Education in Health is understood as a methodological strategy to reflect and evaluate the implementation and implementation of the Mental Health Policy today, as it represents an important means of resistance in the face of setbacks faced in recent years. The main results evidenced were the reaffirmation of the political dimension of mental health workers, their criticality about the lack of assistance, underfunding and invisibility of mental health that impacts a growing portion of the SUS user population, especially in the pandemic (2019-2020) covid-19. ; Apresentar-se-á uma reflexão a partir da experiência teórico-prática advinda dos Estágios Curriculares em Serviço Social, realizados no âmbito da política de saúde no período de 2019 a 2020. Salienta-se o projeto de intervenção voltado à execução da Educação Permanente em Saúde à equipe de trabalhadores da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de Canoas, no Rio Grande do Sul. Entende-se a Educação Permanente em Saúde como uma estratégia metodológica para se refletir e avaliar a implantação e implementação da Política de Saúde Mental nos dias atuais, pois representa um importante meio de resistência perante os retrocessos enfrentados nos últimos anos. Os principais resultados evidenciados foram a reafirmação da dimensão política dos trabalhadores da saúde mental, a criticidade deles sobre a desassistência, subfinanciamento e invisibilidade da saúde mental que impacta uma parcela crescente da população usuária do SUS, em especial, durante a pandemia (2019-2020) da covid-19. |
