| الوصف: | We analyzed the scientific literature on the sexual health and reproductive health in AIDS’s field in the six editions of the Brazilian Congresses of Social Sciences and Humanities in Health, promoted by the Brazilian Association of Graduate Studies in Public Health (ABRASCO), between 1995 and 2013. We conducted an exploratory, descriptive, retrospective, quantitative study, based on the Annals congresses’. In the universe analyzed were published 364 papers on AIDS and among these, 85 have addressed sexual health and reproductive health, corresponding 0.9% of the total. It was found that, mostly studies were produced by the academy, anchored in qualitative methodologies and there are a works concentration at the institutions that works in the field of Public Health in the Southeast and Northeast. As regards the observance of Sexual Rights and Reproductive Rights it is important qualify the health practices in specialized units for STD/AIDS and primary care. It is recommended deepen studies on the marital and serodiscordance among people living with HIV and AIDS and the stigma and discrimination impact on the health conditions, especially on the most vulnerable people populations’ and/or invisibles in their health needs. ; Analisou-se a produção científica sobre a saúde sexual e a saúde reprodutiva no campo da aids nas seis edições dos Congressos Brasileiros de Ciências Sociais e Humanas em Saúde, promovidos pela Associação Brasileira de Pós-Graduação em Saúde Coletiva (ABRASCO), entre 1995 e 2013. Realizou-se um estudo exploratório, descritivo e retrospectivo de abordagem quantitativa, baseado nos anais dos congressos. No universo analisado foram publicados 364 trabalhos sobre a aids e, entre esses, 85 abordaram a saúde sexual e a saúde reprodutiva, correspondendo a 0,9% do total.
