This study aims to understand the perception by bank employees of the costs induced in the dimensions of green finance and its sources of financing on the one hand, and on the other hand, to identify the challenges affecting its implementation. Thus, the data of the study are collected from 12 employees of commercial banks in Cameroon, then subjected to an exploratory factor analysis. The results indicate that employees rate the level of awareness, belief and understanding of the main dimensions of Green Finance as satisfactory.The results also reveal that rising transaction costs, accompanied by incorrect valuation of loan applications, lack of adequate accountability and transparency, lack of adequate legal accountability and lack of skills in evaluating green projects are the main obstacles to the development of green finance. ; Cette étude vise à appréhender la perception des coûts induits par les salariés bancaires dans les dimensions de la finance verte et ses sources de financement d’une part, et d’autre part, identifier les défis affectant sa mise en oeuvre. Ainsi, les données de l’étude sont collectées auprès de 12 employés de banques commerciales au Cameroun, puis soumises à une analyse factorielle exploratoire. Les résultats indiquent que les salariés jugent satisfaisants le niveau de sensibilisation, le niveau de croyances et de compréhension des principales dimensions de la Finance Verte. Les résultats révèlent aussi quele renchérissement des coûts de transaction s’accompagne de l’évaluation incorrecte des demandes de prêt, l’absence de responsabilité et de la transparence adéquates, l’absence de responsabilité juridique adéquate et le manque de compétences en matière d’évaluation des projets verts sont les principaux obstacles au développement de la Finance verte. ; Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender a percepção dos bancários sobre os custos induzidos nas dimensões do financiamento verde e suas fontes de financiamento, por um lado, e, por outro, identificar os desafios que afetam sua ... |
