As the world's industrial development caused environmental security issues, transport process for air pollution, according to the latest study by U.S. researchers published on a global scale, commercial transportation fleet emissions of particulate pollutants into the air almost car emissions 50% of particulate pollutants, especially air pollution comes mainly from the ship to the diesel exhaust of carbon oxides and sulfur oxides, ozone-depleting substances used on board, the ship burned and volatile organic compounds generated cargo, not only affects the Earth's climate, but also harmful to the coastal port cities and people's health. In view of this, this study use the data from Keelung EPA and Taiwan International Ports Logistics Corporation enforce comparison and analysis. With a view to improve the Keelung air pollution from ships, to protect the harbor environment, quality of life for people in the port city of residence. This study focused on the plan in the port area of air pollution monitoring and environmental pollution monitoring data related to the seasonal variations and weather conditions (such as precipitation, temperature, wind speed, wind direction) cum pollutants diffusion relationship, plotted to assess Radar analysis of consistency, understanding as the future of the port area to improve air quality and pollution control in accordance with the scope and impact of the environment.
