الملخص (بالإنجليزية): Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a highly sensitive and specific novel fingerprint spectral analysis method with immense potential applications in various fields. The generation of SERS effect relies on high- performance SERS-active substrates. Traditional plasmonic nanostructures/nanoparticles (NPs) as SERS substrates suffer from poor enrichment effects and low interference resistance, thereby limiting the practical application of SERS technology in sample detection to some extent. Iron-based organometallic frameworks (Fe-MOFs), characterized by their porous and highly stable structure, can serve as a stable detection platform for NPs, providing both enrichment and screening effects. This work focuses on summarizing the preparation methods of NPs@Fe-MOFs composite SERS substrates, introduces the latest advances in the application of MIL series Fe-MOFs in SERS, discusses the current problems that need to be solved for NPs@Fe-MOFs composite SERS substrates, and the future application areas and prospects are also explored, aiming to provide more basis for the construction and application of new SERS substrates. Abstract (Chinese): 表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, SERS)是一种高灵敏度、高特异性的新型指 纹光谱分析方法, 在众多领域应用潜力巨大。SERS 效应的产生依赖于高性能的SERS 活性基底。常规等离激 元纳米粒子(plasmonic nanostructures/nanoparticles, NPs)作为传统SERS 基底存在富集效果不佳、抗干扰能力 差等问题, 在一定程度上限制了SERS 技术在实际样品检测中的应用。铁基金属有机骨架(iron-based organometallic frameworks, Fe-MOFs)因其具有多孔隙、高稳定性的结构特点, 可以为NPs 提供具有富集效果 和筛选效应的稳定检测平台, 实现特定成分检测和检测后产物的无害化处理。本文重点总结了MIL 系列 NPs@Fe-MOFs 复合SERS 基底的制备方法, 介绍了MIL 系列Fe-MOFs 在SERS 中应用的最新进展, 讨论了 目前MIL 系列NPs@Fe-MOFs 复合SERS 基底亟待解决的问题, 并对未来的应用领域和发展前景进行了展望, 旨在为新型SERS 基底的构建和应用提供更多依据。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
