الوصف: 中文摘要 本試驗之主要目的,在探討藉由臨床血液化學分析,以檢 測強制灌食處理對土番鴨血液組成分之影響,以篩選肥肝效果較佳鴨隻之 可行性,並探討肥肝與血液成分之相關性。 本試驗使用 12 週齡之三 品種公土番鴨 50 隻,依體重逢機分成 6 組,其中 3 組為強制灌食組與 3 組為對照組。試驗期為 3 週,在試驗期間每週分別採集血液與肝臟組 織,以分析血液與肝臟中之蛋白質、總脂質、總膽固醇與三酸甘油酯之濃 度,以及乳酸去氫脢及激酸激脢之活性測定,並進行血清蛋白質、脂蛋白 及酵素同功脢等之電泳分離與定量比較。 試驗結果顯示,在生長性狀 方面,經強制灌食後,鴨隻之體重、肝重與週增重均顯著高於對照組( P< 0.05),且強制灌食鴨隻之體重與肝重亦隨處理期間之延長而顯著增高 (P< 0.05);強制灌食組之飼料效率則自處理之第 2 週起即顯著優於對 照組(P< 0.05)。在血液性狀方面,強制灌食組之血清總蛋白質濃度隨處 理週數之增加而顯著增加(P< 0.05),且較對照組顯著為高(P< 0.05); 強制灌食組之血清白蛋白比例及濃度,均在處理之第 1 及 2 週升高,惟 至處理之第 3 週則下降;強制灌食組之血清結合球蛋白比例及濃度,均 自處理之第 1 週起即隨處理週數之延長而顯著增加(P< 0.05),且均顯 著高於對照組(P< 0.05);且血清結合球蛋白比例及濃度與肝重具高度之 相關性(r=0.90588, R2=0.82, P< 0.01)。強制灌食組之血清總脂質、 總膽固醇及三酸甘油酯濃度,亦隨處理週數之延長而顯著增加(P< 0.05) ,且亦顯著高於對照組(P< 0.05),其中以血清三酸甘油酯濃度增加程度 為最多。血清乳酸去氫脢之活性,在對照組維持穩定,而強制灌食組則隨 處理週數之延長而顯著增加(P< 0.05),且與肝重之相關程度亦高(r =0.89545, R2=0.80, P< 0.01)。血清肌酸激脢之活性,則呈現不規則 之變化。在肝臟成分方面,肝臟之總脂質、總膽固醇及三酸甘油酯含量在 強制灌食組均顯著高於對照組(P< 0.05);而肝臟之蛋白質含量,強制灌 食組則顯著較對照組為低(P< 0.05)。 血清結合球蛋白之濃度及比例 、乳酸去氫脢活性與肝重等三者間之相關性高,似可作為屠宰前預估肝臟 肥大程度之依據,值得再深入探討。 英文摘要The Clinical and Biochemical Changes Associated with the Fatty Liverin Force-Fed Mule DucksLi-Chia LuSummary The purpose of this experiment was conducted to investgate the clini-cal and biochemical changes on the constituents of blood, liver and the correlations between themselves associated with the fatty liver induced by force feeding in mule ducks. Fifty male mule ducks of 12 weeks old were bought from a commercial duck farm. After one week of adaptive duration, ducks were weighted individually and divided into control (18 ducks) and force feeding (31 ducks) groups. During the experimental period, the control ducks were raised by a commercial pellet diet for three weeks, on the other hand, the force feeding ducks were crammed twice daily by a corn-based diet (consisting of: 93.1% yellow corn meal, 0.5% salt, 5% lard 0.4% premix with reasonable minerals and vitamins) at the first week and followed by cramming triple times per day by the same diets for another 2 weeks.
