الوصف: A hybrid bidirectional DC/DC converter (BDC) is proposed as the fundamental DC/DC module in solid-state transformers, which combines a bidirectional LLC converter and a dual-active-bridge (DAB) converter. Integrated with a mutual control scheme, both parts of this hybrid BDC can be unified into an interdependent community. In this hybrid BDC, the LLC converter supports the output voltage and improves stability by working at the resonant frequency mode and the DAB converter enhances the BDC power capability by controlling the LLC output current constant. The BDC can achieve the full-load-range soft switching of all active switches by designing the auxiliary inductor of LLC and the minimum output current of DAB. By comparing to the single DAB, the proposed BDC has the higher phase and gain margin which means the BDC improved the relative stability based on Nyquist criterion. To solve the bidirectional power control problem, a dead-band voltage control logic is adopted which can determine the BDC's power direction based on the output voltage change. A 200 V experimental system has verified the aforementioned features and functions of the BDC.

الوصف: У статті зазначається, що формування в майбутніх авіаційних спеціалістів навичок самоконтролю є важ-ливим елементом їхнього професійного становлення як фахівців авіаційної галузі. Наводяться етапи форму-вання в майбутніх авіафахівців умінь самоконтролю та необхідне дидактичне забезпечення. В статье отмечается, что формирование у будущих авиационных спе-циалистов навыков самоконтроля является важным элементом их профессионального становления как специа-листов авиационной отрасли. Говорится о том, что формирование готовности к самоконтролю предусматри-вает решение определенных вопросов, и, прежде всего, выработку в курсантов правильного представления о самоконтроле как обязательного условия эффективной, качественной учебно-профессиональной деятельности. Приводятся этапы формирования у будущих авиаспециалистов умений самоконтроля и необходимое дидакти-ческое обеспечение. Акцентируется внимание, что деятельность преподавателя заключается в организации учебно-профессиональной деятельности, осуществлении и корректировке способов самоконтроля курсантами на основе полученных данных об уровне сформированности самоконтроля у каждого курсанта. Преподаватель при этом выступает в роли фасилитатора, консультируя курсантов в процессе их обращения за помощью во время разбора проблемных, педагогических ситуаций, выполнения ими творческих задач. It is noted in the article that the formation of self-management skills in the future aviation professionals is an important part of their professional development as the aviation specialists. Stating that the formation of readiness for self-control provides a solution to a certain issues, and above all to develop the cadets proper idea of self-control as a prerequisite for effective, quality teaching and professional activities. It is brought the stages of the formation of future aviation professionals skills and self-control necessary didactic software. Attention is drawn that the teacher’s activity is to organize educational activity, exercise and self- correcting ways cadets on the basis of the data on the level of formation of self-control in each student.
