الوصف: En 1971 la Fundación Fàtima inauguró un centro para atender a niños/as en el barrio del Carmelo. Actualmente es un Centro Residencial de Acción Educativa (CRAE). La ampliación de la franja de edad en los niños atendidos, originariamente de 0 a 5 años y posteriormente hasta los 12 años, tuvo como consecuencia la aplicación de un modelo organizativo y de práctica pedagógica, por lo que fue necesario revisar y actualizar el Programa Educativo de Centro (PEC). La Dirección de la Llar encargó esta tarea al área de Consultoría y Estudios de la Fundación Pere Tarrés, con el objetivo de dar soporte a la elaboración de un documento asentado sobre unas bases de reflexión y apoderamiento del equipo de educadores. Así, el PEC es convertiría en un eje temático perfecto para iniciar una dinámica participativa en la construcción continua del Proyecto Educativo de la Llar Infantil Fàtima.
In 1971 the Fundació Fàtima opened a centre for children in the neighbourhood of El Carmel, and this is now a Residential Educational Action Centre (CRAE: Centre Residencial d’Acció Educativa). The extension of the age range, originally children in the 0-5 years group and then up to age 12, led to the implementation of a new model of organization and pedagogical practice, making it necessary to review and update the Centre Educational Programme (PEC: Programa Educatiu de Centre). The Centre’s management entrusted this task to the Consulting and Studies team at the Fundació Pere Tarrés, with a view to supporting the development of a document based on the reflection and the empowerment of the Centre’s educators. The PEC thus proved to be a perfect theme for initiating a participatory dynamic in the ongoing construction and reconstruction of the Educational Project of the Llar Infantil Fàtima.وصف الملف: application/pdf

الوصف: The union of theory and practice is crucial for equitable teaching, and flexible and effective strategies are required to ensure inclusion. The objective of this article was to propose strategies for the participation of students with disabilities in Physical Education classes. Twenty-two works focused on inclusion strategies for Physical Education were reviewed in the SciELO, Google Academic and Dialnet databases. Based on the results obtained, the systematization was carried out and strategies were designed to improve the learning experience and promote equality, including those that adapt to the curriculum and activities; those of teacher training and awareness; and, those with an inclusive culture and positive environment. It is concluded that educational inclusion is a complex process that demands changes in attitudes, methodologies and educational policies. ; La unión de la teoría y la práctica es crucial para una enseñanza equitativa, además se requiere de estrategias flexibles y efectivas para asegurar la inclusión. El objetivo de este artículo fue proponer estrategias para la participación de estudiantes con discapacidad en las clases de Educación Física. Se revisaron 22 trabajos centrados en estrategias de inclusión para Educación Física en las bases de datos SciELO, Google Académico y Dialnet. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se procedió a la sistematización y se diseñaron estrategias para mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje y promover la igualdad, entre ellas las que se adaptan al currículo y actividades; las de formación y sensibilización docente; y, las de cultura inclusiva y ambiente positivo. الوصف: The Sports Complexes are base institutions of the Cuban Sports System. Its location corresponds to the territorial demarcation of the Popular Councils. As part of their social responsibility, they must contribute to the quality of life of the population. The objective of this article was to design a methodology that is based on a theoretical conception characterized by a transformative approach, for the improvement of the participatory dynamics in the management of the Community Physical Activity (AFC in Spanish) subsystem in the sports complexes. Its importance lies in the application of a methodology to improve the participatory dynamics in this area, validated from experimentation in the sports complex, as a basic structure of the sports system of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER). Empirical methods were used such as: document review, data collection, survey, interview, participant observation, awareness workshop and pre-experiment. For its application, two units of analysis were used: one intended to evaluate the management process with two dimensions and another to evaluate the participatory dynamics with two dimensions, all of them with their indicators and measurement instruments. The results obtained show fissures and insufficiencies in the management of the participatory dynamics of the AFC subsystem, however, the implementation of the methodology provides diagnostic instruments for the work of managers and teachers, with a view to evaluating the management in an integral way in the complex ; Los Combinados Deportivos son instituciones de base del Sistema Deportivo Cubano. الوصف: The research assesses the levels of perception/reflection that the inhabitants of the municipalities of Girardot and Honda have about the Magdalena River. It worked with a sample of volunteer subjects which, through the modified Photo-Project method, formulated descriptor words that were related to the five (5) levels of perception/reflection proposed by Martinez-Gil and Lozano-Rivas & Bolaños. It was found that in both municipalities the level of perception/reflection that best describes the relationship between the river and the population, is the holistic; however, there are cultural and economic aspects that lead to divergent approaches within these same levels. In Girardot, the river is seen as a source of natural services fundamental to the progress of the city through tourism projects that contribute to the well-being of its inhabitants. At Honda, the river has a negative connotation based on the loss of ecosystem services due to environmental degradation processes that affect fishing activity, which is its main source of income and is part of the culture and social interactions of its inhabitants. ; La investigación evalúa los niveles de percepción/reflexión que tienen los habitantes de los municipios de Girardot y Honda acerca del río Magdalena. Se trabajó con una muestra de sujetos voluntarios la cual, mediante el Método Foto-Proyectivo modificado, formuló palabras descriptoras que fueron relacionadas con los cinco (5) niveles de percepción/reflexión propuestos por Martínez-Gil y Lozano-Rivas & Bolaños. Se encontró que en ambos municipios el nivel de percepción/reflexión que describe mejor la relación entre el río y la población, es el holístico; no obstante, existen aspectos culturales y económicos que conducen a enfoques divergentes dentro de estos mismos niveles.
