    الوصف: 癌睾丸抗原( CTA)是一类特异性较高的肿瘤抗原,只在多种恶性肿瘤和睾丸表达。 CTA能作为靶点,诱导吞噬性T细胞介导的CTL免疫反应,而正常含有CTA的睾丸细胞中因缺少MHCⅠ类分子而避免免疫系统的攻击。乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,并在引起死亡的疾病中位居前列。乳腺癌中存在的CTA对乳腺癌治疗方法的发展有着重大的意义。本文围绕乳腺癌中CTA的表达, CTA的功能以及对于乳腺癌治疗的价值作此综述。 ; Cancer?testis antigen is a kind of cancer antigen with highly restricted expression. It is expressed in a wide variety of malignant tumors but it?s expression in normal tissue is mostly restricted to germ cells of the testis. CTAs can elicit immune response mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes, while testis cells miss the attack due to the lack of MHC class 1 molecules. Breast cancer is one of the most common and death?related diseases among women. Nevertheless, the incidence of CTAs in breast cancer brings hope to the development of breast cancer therapy.
