    الوصف: Objective To explore the value of blood inflammatory load in predicting overall survival of elderly patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Methods Elderly patients with EOC were selected, and their clinical data and peripheral blood parameters were collected. We constructed an inflammation-related blood scoring system using univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis. The Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis. We used Cox proportional hazards analysis to identify the independent prognostic factors. A nomogram model was constructed based on independent prognostic factors, and the receiver operating characteristic curve, C-index, and calibration curve were used to evaluate the model. Results Patients with high blood inflammatory load had worse prognosis (P=0.002).     الوصف: Objective To preliminarily summarize the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of functional movement disorder (FMD) based on movement disorders clinic in China. Methods and Results A total of 593 patients with movement disorders newly diagnosed in movement disorders clinic of 22 clinical medical centers from August to September in 2023 were included, including 37 patients (6.24%) with FMD and 556 patients (93.76%) with organic movement disorder. Comparison of the epidemiological characteristics of the 2 groups, the proportions of corona virus disease (COVID⁃19) infection (χ2 = 4.217, P = 0.040) and psychopsychological symptoms (χ2 = 18.694, P = 0.000) in the FMD group were higher than those in the organic movement disorder group, while age (t = 3.757, P = 0.000), age of onset (t = 3.720, P = 0.000) and proportion of hypertension (χ2 = 4.736, P = 0.030) were lower than those in the organic movement disorder group. Comparison of the clinical characteristics of the 2 groups, the FMD group had higher proportions of tremor (χ2 = 3.955, P = 0.047) and myoclonus (Fisher′s exact probability: P = 0.011) than the organic movement disorder group, and the proportions of parkinsonism (χ2 = 8.491, P = 0.004) and gait disorder (χ2 = 5.028, P = 0.025) were lower than those in the organic movement disorder group. Conclusions The age and age of onset, as well as the proportions of COVID⁃19 infection, hypertension, psychopsychological symptoms, tremor, myoclonus, parkinsonism and gait disorder with FMD were different from those with organic movement disorder in China.

    الوصف: The innovative application of smart proactive health services is an important component of the Healthy China initiative and an effective measure to satisfy the diversified health needs of the public in the post-epidemic era. This study focuses on building a new paradigm of smart proactive health services and aims to improve proactive health intervention and management capabilities and provide high-quality health services for the public. It analyzes the current status and challenges of proactive health services, summarizes the smart development trend, and proposes the concept of smart proactive health services. Moreover, the study constructs a technical system of smart proactive health services using a structured analysis method, establishes an application framework consisting of one center, one portal, and three endpoints, and proposes a construction ecology featuring internal and external collaboration. The application scenarios and practical cases of the smart proactive health services are summarized in terms of technology integration and smart application. Furthermore, we propose the following suggestions to promote the sustainable and high quality development of smart proactive health services in China: (1) strengthening macro policy tools to improve the development environment; (2) improving the public’s digital literacy to reshape the atmosphere for service participation; (3) building a service standards system to improve the internal digital ecology; (4) creating a multiple supply pattern to continuously improve service quality; and (5) accelerating the integration of industry, academia, research, and application to enhance the commercialization of research findings.

    الوصف: Fibroblast activation protein is highly expressed in most epithelial malignant tumors. FAP inhibitor (FAPI) has been used in the early diagnosis of tumors after radionuclide labeling. Objective to achieve automated synthesis and quality control of PET imaging agent 18F-FAPI-42. This study was based on the Allinone synthesizer and its accompanying blank kit, and 18F-FAPI-42 was prepared through one-pot reaction automation. Then, Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) dynamic imaging was performed on the U87-MG model mouse bearing glioblastoma to evaluate its value. The automated synthesis time of 18F-FAPI-42 was within 60 minutes, with a yield of (15.8±3.2)% (n=10, without decay correction), radiochemical purity than 95%, and specific activity of 14.52 GBq/μmol. micro PET/CT dynamic imaging showed that 18F-FAPI-42 had clear tumor development, long radiation retention time, high tumor to muscle uptake ratio, and activity time curve showed that it was mainly excreted through the kidney. The Allinone synthesizer can stably and efficiently synthesize 18F-FAPI-42 that meets drug quality control standards, and the resulting product quality meets clinical requirements. This synthesis method can provide reference and guidance for 18F labeling of NOTA modified compounds.
