    الوصف: Ba kích tím (Morinda officinalis How.) là một loài dược liệu quý được nghiên cứu và sử dụng từ rất lâu đời. Các nghiên cứu về Ba kích tím trước đây chủ yếu tập trung vào nguồn giống thu hái tại các tỉnh phía Bắc của Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu này là công trình đầu tiên về đặc điểm thực vật bao gồm hình thái, vi phẫu và soi bột của cây Ba kích tím được thu hái tại môi trường tự nhiên của tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Đặc điểm hình thái và đặc điểm vi học được nghiên cứu bằng phương pháp so sánh hình thái và nhuộm kép và quan sát dưới kính hiển vi qua vật kính 10× và 40×. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy sự tương đồng và khác biệt chính về đặc điểm thực vật của cây Ba kích tím giữa Thừa Thiên Huế và các vùng miền khác ở Việt Nam. Đặc biệt, rễ củ Ba kích tím tại Thừa Thiên Huế có tỷ lệ bộ phận sử dụng nhiều hơn so với các loài Ba kích tím tại khu vực phía Bắc. Kết quả của bài báo góp phần cung cấp dữ liệu khoa học cho học tập và nghiên cứu về đặc điểm hình thái và vi học của loài Ba kích tím ở Thừa Thiên Huế.

    الوصف: Abstract Background Patients with celiac disease present with not only gastrointestinal symptoms but also extraintestinal manifestations such as anemia, osteopathy, dermatitis herpetiformis, and celiac neuropathy. Despite a fairly wide range of celiac neuropathies, we report a case of the acrodystrophic variant of celiac polyneuropathy, which has not been previously described. Case presentation A 41-year-old Ukrainian male suffered from symmetric, sensorimotor axonal polyneuropathy and encephalopathy associated with celiac disease, which is characterized by severe trophic disorders in the lower extremities (trophic ulcers, hyperkeratosis, and anhidrosis). Acrodystrophic changes in the lower extremities were due to both neurogenic and direct immunoinflammatory damaging effects. Clinical–electrophysiological dissociation was also noted, which was represented by a gross axonal lesion with the preservation of muscle strength. The absence of enteropathic manifestations was accompanied by the pronounced histological changes in the duodenal mucosa by IIIb stage of Marsh. A gluten-free diet in combination with membrane plasma exchange and intravenous pulse methylprednisolone was prescribed to reduce the severity of sensory disorders and regression of encephalopathy within 7 months. Conclusion Celiac disease may be a potential cause of neuropathy and encephalopathy in adult patients. Further immunosuppressive treatment protocols for both intestinal and extraintestinal manifestations of celiac disease are required.

    الوصف: Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models (DDPMs) have demonstrated significant achievements in various image and video generation tasks, including the domain of medical imaging. However, generating echocardiography videos based on semantic anatomical information remains an unexplored area of research. This is mostly due to the constraints imposed by the currently available datasets, which lack sufficient scale and comprehensive frame-wise annotations for every cardiac cycle. This paper aims to tackle the aforementioned challenges by expanding upon existing video diffusion models for the purpose of cardiac video synthesis. More specifically, our focus lies in generating video using semantic maps of the initial frame during the cardiac cycle, commonly referred to as end diastole. To further improve the synthesis process, we integrate spatial adaptive normalization into multiscale feature maps. This enables the inclusion of semantic guidance during synthesis, resulting in enhanced realism and coherence of the resultant video sequences. Experiments are conducted on the CAMUS dataset, which is a highly used dataset in the field of echocardiography. Our model exhibits better performance compared to the standard diffusion technique in terms of multiple metrics, including FID, FVD, and SSMI.

    الوصف: With many practical applications in human life, including manufacturing surveillance cameras, analyzing and processing customer behavior, many researchers are noticing face detection and head pose estimation on digital images. A large number of proposed deep learning models have state-of-the-art accuracy such as YOLO, SSD, MTCNN, solving the problem of face detection or HopeNet, FSA-Net, RankPose model used for head pose estimation problem. According to many state-of-the-art methods, the pipeline of this task consists of two parts, from face detection to head pose estimation. These two steps are completely independent and do not share information. This makes the model clear in setup but does not leverage most of the featured resources extracted in each model. In this paper, we proposed the Multitask-Net model with the motivation to leverage the features extracted from the face detection model, sharing them with the head pose estimation branch to improve accuracy. Also, with the variety of data, the Euler angle domain representing the face is large, our model can predict with results in the 360 Euler angle domain. Applying the multitask learning method, the Multitask-Net model can simultaneously predict the position and direction of the human head. To increase the ability to predict the head direction of the model, we change there presentation of the human face from the Euler angle to vectors of the Rotation matrix.

    الوصف: Head pose estimation is a challenging task that aims to solve problems related to predicting three dimensions vector, that serves for many applications in human-robot interaction or customer behavior. Previous researches have proposed some precise methods for collecting head pose data. But those methods require either expensive devices like depth cameras or complex laboratory environment setup. In this research, we introduce a new approach with efficient cost and easy setup to collecting head pose images, namely UET-Headpose dataset, with top-view head pose data. This method uses an absolute orientation sensor instead of Depth cameras to be set up quickly and small cost but still ensure good results. Through experiments, our dataset has been shown the difference between its distribution and available dataset like CMU Panoptic Dataset \cite{CMU}. Besides using the UET-Headpose dataset and other head pose datasets, we also introduce the full-range model called FSANet-Wide, which significantly outperforms head pose estimation results by the UET-Headpose dataset, especially on top-view images. Also, this model is very lightweight and takes small size images.

    الوصف: In optimal control, a common problem is developing a control law that can drive a dynamical system from one state to another as quickly as possible. The objective of paper is to design optimal control approach based SIMATIC S7-1200 for under-actuated Pendubot system. The main contribution of this paper is to introduce and validate control method for laboratory model of Pendubot system by using industrial device, namely, Programmable logic controller (PLC). Besides, Lyapunov Analysis is used to analyze the stability of optimal control. The simulation is performed in MATLAB/Simulink environment and experiment is carried out in TIA PORTAL environment. The simulation results and experimental results illustrate that the proposed control method is effective and robust by using PLC.

    الوصف: This paper presents a comparison of the three distinctive well-known control techniques, including Linear Quadratic Regulator (for short, LQR), Sliding Mode Control (for short, SMC), and Fuzzy Logic Control (for short, FLC). Each controller is in a different control category; LQR is an optimal controller employed in both linear and nonlinear systems, SMC is a nonlinear controller commonly applied in a nonlinear system, and the Fuzzy controller is the intelligent controller which can be archived by user’s experiment or other learning techniques. Beside the three main controllers for stabilizing at the equilibrium point, the swing-up controller is designed based on energy-based method to bring the system at the initial position close to the equilibrium points. Finally, the performance and the validity of the three methods are verified through both simulation and experimental results.

    الوصف: In this article, the rotary double parallel inverted pendulum (RDPIP) is researched and presented. Additionally, some linear controllers, such as PID, PID, PID-LQR cascade, are proposed, developed to control RDPIP, and the impact of those controllers on the rotary double inverted pendulum was examined. The research and simulation results are implemented in the Matlab/Simulink toolbox to prove the ability of these types of controller in balancing this model.
