الوصف: The ability of an ecologically safe composite microfilter made of physiologically harmless polyvinyl alcohol on a reinforcing substrate made of natural linen to clean iron compounds and reduce the turbidity and colourity of surface waters was investigated using the Dnipro River water as an example. It is shown that the use of the indicated microfilter in filtering river water, as well as the process of the integrated microfiltration-coagulation scheme using aluminum sulfate and iron (III) chloride, allow to reduce these indicators to the regulated standards for drinking water. It was also established that in the presence of iron chloride (7.5 mg/dm3 ) the specific performance of the microfiltration membrane increases significantly (~ 3.5 times).

الوصف: Human biomonitoring (HBM) data measured in specific contexts or populations provide information for comparing population exposures. There are numerous health-based biomonitoring guidance values, but to locate these values, interested parties need to seek them out individually from publications, governmental reports, websites and other sources. Until now, there has been no central, international repository for this information. Thus, a tool is needed to help researchers, public health professionals, risk assessors, and regulatory decision makers to quickly locate relevant values on numerous environmental chemicals. A free, on-line repository for international health-based guidance values to facilitate the interpretation of HBM data is now available. The repository is referred to as the "Human Biomonitoring Health-Based Guidance Value (HB2GV) Dashboard". The Dashboard represents the efforts of the International Human Biomonitoring Working Group (i-HBM), affiliated with the International Society of Exposure Science. The i-HBM's mission is to promote the use of population-level HBM data to inform public health decision-making by developing harmonized resources to facilitate the interpretation of HBM data in a health-based context. This paper describes the methods used to compile the human biomonitoring health-based guidance values, how the values can be accessed and used, and caveats with using the Dashboard for interpreting HBM data. To our knowledge, the HB2GV Dashboard is the first open-access, curated database of HBM guidance values developed for use in interpreting HBM data. This new resource can assist global HBM data users such as risk assessors, risk managers and biomonitoring programs with a readily available compilation of guidance values.

الوصف: UA: В статті розглянуто особливості кредитно-інвестиційної діяльність банків на міжбанківському ринку, який прискорює активізацію загрозливих сигналів в банківській індустрії під впливом зовнішніх та внутрішніх чинників. Проведено аналіз динаміки розвитку банківського сектора України за розподілом капіталу між групами банків та їх кредитний портфель, визначено індикатори фінансової стабільності та економічні нормативи банківської системи України. Розраховано вагові та прогнозні коефіцієнти інтегрального стабілізатора кредитно-інвестиційної діяльності банків на міжбанківському ринку при залучені кредитів та депозитів. EN: The article considers the features of credit and investment activities of banks in the interbank market, which the activation of threats signals in the banking industry under the influence of external and internal factors. Mathematical tools are presented, which take into account the level of effective use of medium-term and long-term liabilities of banks, which allows to determine the total amount of loans and deposits on the interbank market. A method of comprehensive assessment of stress indicators that unify threats and identify risks in the credit and innovation activities of the bank in attracting loans and deposits in the interbank market is proposed. The rationing method was used to normalize the value of the coefficients that form a group of stress indicators and their weight value to calculate the integrated stabilizer of credit and investment activities of the bank in the interbank market when attracting loans and deposits. A parametric model of variance-covariance was used to model the impact of stress indicators on the integrated stabilizer of the bank's credit and investment activities in attracting loans and deposits in the interbank market. الوصف: One of the defining components of ensuring the stability of the financial system is the sphere of public finances, because problems with ensuring the filling and balancing of the budget can have a significant destabilizing effect on the socio-economic development of the country. The purpose of the study is to generalize existing approaches to determining budget security, as well as to assess its impact on the stability of the country’s financial system.Financial stability is the state of the financial system, in which it is able to properly perform its main functions, as well as withstand crisis phenomena. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of "budgetary security", by which we understand the state of ensuring the solvency of the state, taking into account the balance of revenues and expenditures of the state and local budgets and the efficiency of the use of budget funds. The impact of budgetary security on the financial stability of the state is substantiated. The indicators that determine the level of budget security are singled out: the amount of revenues and expenditures of the consolidated budget, their structure, the size of the budget deficit and sources of coverage, the level of redistribution of GDP through the consolidated budget; the amount of payments for servicing the state debt incomparison with the revenues of the State Budget.An assessment of the level of the country’s budget security for 2019-2021 was carried out and conclusions were made about significant threats to the budget system, in particular: the deterioration of the dynamics of tax revenues as a result of military actions, compared to the planned indicators; growing budget revenue losses from tax incentives provided to stimulate the economy; deterioration of payment discipline and growth of taxpayers’ tax debt against the background of deterioration of business activity; increase in budget expenditures for defense measures; growth of the budget deficit and public debt beyond economically safe limits.
