الوصف: The purpose of this research is to discuss the significance of health care insurance compensation for obtaining comprehensive medical treatment in India. Through a systematic review survey focusing on the keywords like out-of-pocket, Health Technology Assessment and Health care system was conducted by using the searches from Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed and ProQuest Database, it is observed that India ranks among the greatest out-of-pocket (OOP) healthcare expenditures in the globe. This seems to be notwithstanding the deployment of several public health plans and the provision of a significant variety of both private and public health coverage schemes. Decrease in the treatment quality across many healthcare institutions of government is a key cause causing the typical Indian individual to constantly rely on medical services provided by private firms, heading up OOP expenses. Among the most significant problems in implementing universal health care (UHC) in India is a poor acceptance of insurance products and awareness between many Indians. The burden of large OOP expenditures on people might be lessened by increasing medical insurance acceptance, which may be accomplished by enhancing India's medical claims system.

مصطلحات موضوعية: Levobupivacaine, dexamethasone, ultrasonography, supraclavicular block, low volume
الوصف: Background: Ultrasonography-assisted supraclavicular block is an efficacious and practical method and allows us to use a lower volume of local anesthetic in compactly arranged brachial plexus. The study envisioned evaluating the analgesic and anesthetic effects of Inj. dexamethasone (8mg) as an adjuvant to 0.5% levobupivacaine to determine the time for first rescue analgesia and number of rescue analgesics needed in 24 hours duration in brachial plexus blockade in adult patients listed for upper limb surgeries. Results: This prospective randomized double-blind interventional study was carried out in ASAI and II, aged 20 to 55 years. In group A (n=30) Inj. Levobupivacaine 20ml and Inj. Normal saline 2ml was given. In group B (n=30) Inj. Levobupivacaine 20ml and Inj. Dexamethasone 2ml was given. The time for the demand of the first rescue analgesia was 431.50 ± 46.15 minutes in group A and 749.38 ± 62.41 minutes in group B, with a p-value < 0.001. The demand for rescue analgesics was more in Group A in contrast to Group B. Conclusion: We deduce with our study, with the addition of dexamethasone, the time for rescue analgesia is prolonged, and the number of rescue analgesic demands is reduced, with a faster onset and extended duration of both sensory and motor block.

مستخلص: Each Industry reacts in a different way to the business cycle fluctuations. Some of the industries are very vulnerable to economic swings whereas some do not get affected at all. The degree of timing and fluctuation may vary for those industries which are cyclical in nature. The study is carried out to understand how sensitive Indian IT Industry is to Business Cycle Fluctuations in Indian Economy. The substantial growth in IT Industry and analysis of its sensitivity towards Indian Business cycle has been carried with the help of data captured from Central Statistical Organization, Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Information Technology and Communications. The direct employment by the sector for both the Exports segment and domestic market has increased from 3.267 million to 3.968 million between 2009-2017 (Source is Ministry of Information Technology and Industry) which highlights the growing significance. The vital parameters used in the study are Indian GDP, Indian Exports, IT Domestic, and IT Exports. For the GDP and IT Turnover the analysis include checking of stationarity first and then carrying out de trending to understand the sensitivity of the IT Industry to Indian GDP.The cyclical trends have been identified by drawing inference from comparative growth charts. As per the study undertaken to understand the relatedness of IT Sector and Indian GDPthe inference drawn reflects a positive relationship between the two. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

مستخلص: Craniosynostosis is a type of craniofacial malformation because of premature fusion of cranial suture. The primary treatment is surgical correction which is usually done in stages over years to get best possible outcome. We did a retrospective analysis of five years from 1st August 2011 to 30th July 2016 in which we included twelve patients of craniosynostosis requiring corrective surgeries under general anaesthesia in our institution.
