    الوصف: AIM: To investigate the effect of different lens combinations on visual acuity, visual quality and patient satisfaction by comparing mixed implantation of Tecnis Symfony ZXR00(ZXR00)and Tecnis ZMB00(ZMB00)lenses, bilateral implantation of ZMB00 lenses, and bilateral implantation of ZXR00 lenses.METHODS:This retrospective case-control study included 117 patients with cataracts(234 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens(IOLs)implantation from August 2020 to December 2021. The 3 groups included 36 patients(72 eyes)who underwent bilateral implantation of ZXR00(RR group), 37 patients(74 eyes)who underwent bilateral implantation of ZMB00(MM group), and 44 patients(88 eyes)who underwent implantation with a combination of ZXR00 and ZMB00(MR group). The uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA, 5 m), uncorrected intermediate visual acuity(UIVA, 80 cm), uncorrected near visual acuity(UNVA, 40 cm), corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA), defocus curve, stereopsis and VF-14 and QoV visual quality scale of the patients in the three groups were assessed at 3-month follow-up.RESULTS:Bilateral UNVA in the MM and MR group were significantly better than that in the RR group(P0.05). Values for near-stereoscopic acuity at 40 cm were 107.27±80.53, 105.67±83.79, and 108.69±97.66(20-400)arcsec in the MR, MM, and RR groups, respectively(P>0.05). Satisfaction rates exceeded 90% in all groups.CONCLUSION:All groups achieved good distance, intermediate, and near visual acuity and near-stereoscopic vision postoperatively. Mixed implantation with ZXR00 and ZMB00 lenses achieved excellent full-range vision and resulted in high satisfaction. These results may aid in developing individualized clinical treatment plans.

    الوصف: The cracking of screws made from medium-carbon cold heading steel for the electronic parking brake system was studied through the analysis of the microstructure and the systematic investigation of the whole process, and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed at last. Results showed that the cracks initiated at the root of the threads due to insufficient plasticity generated by the large pressure during thread rolling were the resource of the fracture, which was further extruded during the turning process, while the centering condition was not well. It was necessary to adjust the appropriate parameters of rolling pressure and rolling time to avoid heavy work hardening and also pay attention to the cleanness on the surface of the rolling plate or the wheel.

    الوصف: Compared to conventional irrigation and fertilization, the Water-fertilizer coupling can significantly enhance the efficiency of water and fertilizer utilization, thereby promoting crop growth and increasing yield. Targeting the challenges of poor crop growth, low yield, and inefficient water and fertilizer utilization in the arid region of northwest China under conventional irrigation and fertilization practices. Therefore, a two-year on-farm experiment in 2022 and 2023 was conducted to study the effects of water-fertilizer coupling regulation on pumpkin growth, yield, water consumption (ET), and water and fertilizer use efficiency. Simultaneously the comprehensive evaluation of multiple objectives was carried out using principal component analysis (PCA) methods, so as to propose an suitable water-fertilizer coupling regulation scheme for the region. The experiment was set up as a two-factor trial using water-fertilizer integration technology under three irrigation volume (W1 = 37.5 mm, W2 = 45.5 mm, W3 = 52.5mm) and three organic fertilizer application amounts (F1 = 3900-300 kg ha -1 , F2 = 4800-450 kg·ha -1 , F3 = 5700-600 kg·ha -1 ), with the traditional irrigation and fertilization scheme from local farmers as control treatments (CK). The results indicated that irrigation volume and organic fertilizer application significantly affected pumpkin growth, yield, and water and fertilizer use efficiency (P<0.05). Pumpkin yield increased with increasing irrigation volume. Increasing organic fertilizer levels within a certain range benefited pumpkin plant growth, dry matter accumulation, and yield, however, excessive application beyond a certain level had inhibited effects on those. The increased fertilizer application under the same irrigation volume enhanced the efficiency of water and fertilizer utilization. However excessive irrigation only resulted in inefficient water consumption, reducing the water and fertilizer use efficiency.     الوصف: To realize power dispatch and equilibrium in DC distribution networks, a distributed adaptive coordinated control strategy is proposed. Based on the consistency theory, photovoltaics, energy storage and other units in the network can be considered as the same nodes involved in control, where power deviation and equalization coefficient are chosen as state variables in each node. By the interaction and iteration among adjacent nodes, each node can adaptively adjust the operation state according to the dispatching command. On the premise of effectively accepting the real-time dispatching command and optimal control of energy storage, the regulation ability of distributed power supply is fully utilized to suppress the power imbalance of internal load in the system. Meanwhile, the power provided by each distributed source is proportional to its rated capacity under different operating scenarios by adjusting the power reference, and the the prediction the output of each distributed sources is not required. When each individual distributed power supply loses its adjustment ability, the balance of utilization rate of other units can still be ensured. Simulation results under various scenarios verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

    الوصف: The vertical well inclinometer is widely used in downhole data measurement, wherein the mud pulse generator used for data transmission has substantial significance to the accuracy and stability of data. For this instrument, the performance of its mud pulse generator valve head is the key to ensure the efficient, accurate and complete transmission of downhole data. Firstly, the structure of pulse generator in the vertical well inclinometer is described, followed by the presentation of the physical and theoretical model of pulse generator valve head. Based on the erosion theories and thin-wall hole throttling model, the main parameters that affect the performance of pulse generator valve head are determined, including the throttling hole slot angle α and the valve head angle β. Secondly, with using the discrete phase model(DPM), the influences of throttle slot angle α and valve head angle β on the flow field characteristics near the valve head and the pressure distribution of the valve head are investigated. In terms of the simulation, an optimized parameter set of the valve head is α=25°and β=45°. Finally, valve heads with optimized parameters are tested in a certain well of Dixi, showing a good accuracy with the numerical simulation with comparing the results before optimization.

    الوصف: According to the needs of the urban rail train connection between the drive motor and gearbox, a toothed coupling for urban rail trains is designed. During the design process, the structure of the toothed coupling, gear geometry parameters, the sealing structure, theoretical calculation of tooth flank backlash, the space motion analysis and so on are studied. Through the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the toothed coupling and based on the calculation software of Ansys, a finite element analysis of three operating conditions of the toothed coupling and the calculation and analysis of gear strength using ZGCAD gear software are carried out, a prototype of toothed coupling is designed and manufactured, and the periodic cycle test of the prototype is carried out. The research results can provide reference for the design of toothed coupling in other fields.

    الوصف: ObjectiveTo provide the scientific basis for prevention of such incidents, a foodborne disease outbreak in school caused by Salmonella enteritidis was investigated and the risk factors was traced.MethodsDescriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the characteristics of the incident. Case-control studies were used to investigate the suspected food. Environmental hygiene investigations were used to trace the process of food contamination, and pathogen isolation, serotyping analysis, and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) were used to detect and analyze the Salmonella enteritidis isolated from the patients, food and environmental samples.ResultsA total of 71 patients were reported in this outbreak, and the epidemic curves were consistent with a sustained homologous outbreak pattern. The case-control study, environmental health survey and etiology study suggested that sandwiches sold in the school supermarket were the etiological food for this incident (OR=302.09, 95%CI=75.18~1 213.97). Salmonella isolates from 8 samples (12.70%, 8/63) collected from patients, food and environmental were detected, and their PFGE profile were identical, confirming that the salad dressing used in the cause-food sandwich was contaminated with Salmonella during the preparation process, which led to this foodborne illness outbreak.ConclusionThis outbreak was caused by sandwiches contaminated by Salmonella enteritidis, and the sandwiches were contaminated by homemade salad dressing. It is suggested that all foods containing raw egg ingredients that have not been adequately heat-treated should be banned from schools, and that the relevant administrative departments should strengthen sanitary supervision of such foods.
