    This present study, we studied the healthy food of cute modeling, and discussed the influences of cute healthy food and products packing on consumer behavior. We also discussion on the different types of cute (Kindchenschema cuteness VS Whimsically cuteness) case, the product packaging (Transparent VS Opaque) on the consumer in the product evaluation and consumption effect. In this study, we uses experimental design to investigate on type of cuteness and packing after the questionnaire to recover the questionnaire and measure the consumption of the subjects to record the analysis. The results show that products with cuteness can effectively attract consumers, and increase the consumption. Which has Whimsically cuteness health food are the most significant; and Kindchenschema cuteness it make reduce the consumption because of protection and take care emotion, but also found that through the product with different packaging will have an impact on food consumption. The results of this study will provide industry product marketing strategy development, and also the reference for consumers to choose health food.

    الوصف: The erythroid Krüppel-like factor EKLF/KLF1 is a hematopoietic transcription factor binding to the CACCC DNA motif and participating in the regulation of erythroid differentiation. With combined use of microarray-based gene expression profiling and the promoter-based ChIP-chip assay of E14.5 fetal liver cells from wild type (WT) and EKLF-knockout (Eklf-/-) mouse embryos, we identified the pathways and direct target genes activated or repressed by EKLF. This genome-wide study together with the molecular/cellular analysis of the mouse erythroleukemic cells (MEL) indicate that among the downstream direct target genes of EKLF is Tal1/Scl. Tal1/Scl encodes another DNA-binding hematopoietic transcription factor TAL1/SCL, known to be an Eklf activator and essential for definitive erythroid differentiation. Further identification of the authentic Tal gene promoter in combination with the in vivo genomic footprinting approach and DNA reporter assay demonstrate that EKLF activates the Tal gene through binding to a specific CACCC motif located in its promoter. These data establish the existence of a previously unknow positive regulatory feedback loop between two DNA-binding hematopoietic transcription factors, which sustains mammalian erythropoiesis.

    الوصف: Erythroid Krüppel-like factor (EKLF/KLF1) was identified initially as a critical erythroid-specific transcription factor and was later found to be also expressed in other types of hematopoietic cells, including megakaryocytes and several progenitors. In this study, we have examined the regulatory effects of EKLF on hematopoiesis by comparative analysis of E14.5 fetal livers from wild-type and Eklf gene knockout (KO) mouse embryos. Depletion of EKLF expression greatly changes the populations of different types of hematopoietic cells, including, unexpectedly, the long-term hematopoietic stem cells Flk2- CD34- Lin- Sca1+ c-Kit+ (LSK)-HSC. In an interesting correlation, Eklf is expressed at a relatively high level in multipotent progenitor (MPP). Furthermore, EKLF appears to repress the expression of the colony-stimulating factor 2 receptor β subunit (CSF2RB). As a result, Flk2- CD34- LSK-HSC gains increased differentiation capability upon depletion of EKLF, as demonstrated by the methylcellulose colony formation assay and by serial transplantation experiments in vivo. Together, these data demonstrate the regulation of hematopoiesis in vertebrates by EKLF through its negative regulatory effects on the differentiation of the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, including Flk2- CD34- LSK-HSCs.

    The combination of MIMO, STBC, CP and OFDM techniques, called the MIMO STBC CP-OFDM system, has becomes one of standards in the fourth-generation (4G) mobile wideband communication.Communication systems in recent years to achieve higher transfer efficiency and multiuser multiple input multiple output technique (Mutiuser-MIMO) has also matured, this thesis will design the equalizer in frequency domains and adaptive equalizer in multiuser MIMO STBC CP-OFDM wireless transmission systems. In this research is using Least Square Error (LSE) and Least Mean Square (LMS) two methods and combining the forward and backward sample data, to designs the LSE equalizer, Wiener equalizer, and forward-backward Wiener equalizer in the frequency domains.Then considered the multi-users in the real channel environment, characteristics of the channel changed over time, by Block Recursive Least Square (BRLS) the calculating method renewal weight matrix design adaptive equalizer, and combine the forward receive signal and reverse receive signal, are proposing Forward-Only Block Recursive Least Square (FO-BRLS) adaptive equalizer and Forward-Backward Block Recursive Least Square (FB-BRLS) adaptive equalizer. Finally, in order to enhance the efficiency of channel capacity using, joins the decision device under the unknown transmission signal condition to renew the matrix of weight in equalizer, and combines the forward and backward sample data to propose DD-FOBRLS blind equalizer and DD-FBBRLS blind equalizer. The simulation result showed this research proposed the FB-BRLS adaptive equalizer all is more superior than the FO-BRLS adaptive equalizer and the Wiener equalizer in the convergence rate as well as return to original state signal ability. But under the time-variable environment, FB-BRLS and the FO-BRLS adaptive equalizer can achieve the immediate signal demodulation compared to the Wiener equalizer .

    الوصف: Every year, for ten years now, the IPIN competition has aimed at evaluating real-world indoor localisation systems by testing them in a realistic environment, with realistic movement, using the EvAAL framework. The competition provided a unique overview of the state-of-the-art of systems, technologies, and methods for indoor positioning and navigation purposes. Through fair comparison of the performance achieved by each system, the competition was able to identify the most promising approaches and to pinpoint the most critical working conditions. In 2020, the competition included 5 diverse off-site off-site Tracks, each resembling real use cases and challenges for indoor positioning. The results in terms of participation and accuracy of the proposed systems have been encouraging. The best performing competitors obtained a third quartile of error of 1 m for the Smartphone Track and 0.5 m for the Foot-mounted IMU Track.     الوصف: A causal relationship exists among the aging process, organ decay and dis-function, and the occurrence of various diseases including cancer. A genetically engineered mouse model, termed Eklf K74R/K74R or Eklf (K74R), carrying mutation on the well-conserved sumoylation site of the hematopoietic transcription factor KLF1/ EKLF has been generated that possesses extended lifespan and healthy characteristics including cancer resistance. We show that the healthy longevity characteristics of the Eklf (K74R) mice, as exemplified by their higher anti-cancer capability, are likely gender-, age- and genetic background-independent. Significantly, the anti-cancer capability, in particular that against melanoma as well as hepatocellular carcinoma, and lifespan-extending property of Eklf (K74R) mice could be transferred to wild-type mice via transplantation of their bone marrow mononuclear cells at young age of the latter. Furthermore, NK(K74R) cells carry higher in vitro cancer cell-killing ability than wild type NK cells. Targeted/global gene expression profiling analysis has identified changes of the expression of specific proteins, including the immune checkpoint factors PD-1 and PD-L1, and cellular pathways in the leukocytes of the Eklf (K74R) that are in the directions of anti-cancer and/or anti-aging. This study demonstrates the feasibility of developing a transferable hematopoietic/ blood system for long-term anti-cancer and, potentially, for anti-aging.
