    الوصف: Under the dual pressure of rapidly increasing energy demand and decreasing fossil energy supply and demand and climate change, the pursuit of efficient and clean utilization of energy has become a new trend of energy development. Micro-energy grid is guided by the demand of terminal energy consumption, which can greatly reduce resource waste through coordinated planning and unified scheduling of various types of energy in the network. Firstly, an optimal operation configuration model of micro-energy network considering the characteristics of flexible load is constructed. Secondly, Copula model is used to obtain the joint distribution of wind turbine output and photovoltaic cell output. Optimization objectives including maximizing net operating income and minimizing carbon emissions is also constructed. Thirdly, the gray wolf algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimal scheduling model. The results show that: (1) If only the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is operated, the amount of abandoned wind power will increase. After the Power to Gas (P2G) is also operated, it can obviously absorb renewable energy and reduce operating cost. (2) When the micro-energy network is connected to the grid, flexible load can adjust the distribution of load in time dimension.

    الوصف: Background: The day-ahead power market is an important part of the spot market. In the day-ahead market, participants make short-term forecasts of the load and output to propose the bidding curve more precisely. As energy aggregators that have regulatory resources, virtual power plants (VPPs) need to consider the uncertainty of distributed renewable energy output when participating in power market transactions.Methods: This paper analyzes the uncertainty and built an optimization model for VPP in day-ahead power market considering the uncertainty from both inner parts and the market environment. To verify the model, a simulation study is ran.Results: And the study results show the following: 1) the forecasting model is more efficient than the traditional algorithm in terms of accuracy, and 2) the confidence levels are not fully positive with the benefit of VPPs.Discussion: Improving the confidence level could reduce the uncertainty brought by renewable energy, but could also cause conservative trading behavior and affect the consumption of renewable energy.

    الوصف: Abstract China's “14th Five‐Year Plan” proposes that “carbon peak” is the basic prerequisite for achieving “carbon neutrality.” To achieve the “carbon neutrality” goal, the key is promoting the use of clean, low‐carbon energy and building a diversified clean energy supply system on the energy supply side. Wind energy, photovoltaics, and other clean energy sources are increasingly relying on electrification (P2G) technology to achieve utilization, and this phenomenon can help China achieve carbon neutrality goals as soon as possible and realize the carbon cycle. This article first aggregates combined heat and power (CHP), wind power, photovoltaics, P2G equipment, and gas storage devices into virtual power plants (VPPs), and the natural gas and electricity trading market are linked. We then take the virtual power plant operating profit maximization as the objective function considering the P2G device operating costs, carbon capture and storage costs. The optimization model is solved by particle swarm algorithm. Finally, the specific operating data of a gas‐thermal power virtual power plant system were selected to verify the feasibility of the proposed optimization model. We got some relevant conclusions. (1) The optimal scheduling of gas‐thermal power virtual power plant considering multiple energy markets can smooth the power load curve and improve the overall system benefit. (2) There is a negative correlation between the income of gas‐thermal power virtual power plant and the confidence level effectively. (3) The optimization model effectively increases the amount of carbon capture, which proves that the gas‐thermal power virtual power plant is effective for achieving China's carbon neutrality goal, it can be developed on a larger scale in future. The above results verify that the optimal operation mode of the gas‐thermal power virtual power plant is effective for achieving carbon neutrality.

    الوصف: Climate change mitigation is the prime priority of businesses in the modern world, making them inclined to opt for clean energy acceptance. From the end-user perspective, acceptance of novel technologies is inevitably vital in promoting such technologies, and certain factors could play an influential role in shaping the acceptance behavior of businesses in embracing those technologies. Against this background, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of solar panel systems (SPS) by small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Pakistan. A questionnaire survey was conducted in seven districts of Pakistan’s Punjab province from December 2021 to February 2022. The data were collected using a Five-point Likert scale. Based on the questionnaire survey, the variance-based structural equation model technique is utilized. The outcomes are: 1) size of the business, ease of using SPS, and credibility of SPS are the top three driving forces. 2) The cost of SPS, and the pressure of competitors are the bottlenecks to the acceptance of SPS, while the absence of technical skills is a neutral factor. 3) According to the effect size and path coefficients, the cost of SPS, and the size of the business are found to be the most significant factors, while the absence of technical skills is found to have less significance. As it is found that economic incentives majorly affect the acceptance of SPS thus, it is concluded that lowering the cost of SPS will increase its acceptance. Based on empirical results, it is suggested to promote public awareness about the environmentally-friendly nature of solar power systems to improve its acceptability at the individual as well as firm levels.

    الوصف: a large number of 5G base station are connected, which provides a new possibility for the future low-carbon development of power systems. By encouraging 5G base station to participate in demand response and incorporating it into the Microgrid, it can reduce the power consumption cost of 5G base stations and promote the efficient utilization of renewable energy. Based on the microgrid operation structure, 5G base station and multi-objective problem algorithm, a multi-objective optimization operation model of microgrid access to 5G base station is built. Considering the physical constraints of Microgrid, the objective is to minimize the operating cost and carbon emission. Through the joint dispatching of distributed clean energy generation, micro gas turbine, energy storage system and 5G base station in Microgrid, the comprehensive optimization of system economy and low-carbon benefits can be achieved. In this paper, a microgrid in Beijing is taken as the research object, and the Whale Optimization Algorithm algorithm is used to solve the multiobjective problem. The analysis results show that 5G base station can flexibly respond to microgrid scheduling, which helps microgrid to improve the consumption and utilization efficiency of renewable energy, thus bringing higher economic benefits and low-carbon benefits, and helping China to achieve the goal of carbon peak shaving and carbon neutrality at an early date.

    مستخلص: Though construction sector development and economic openness contribute to regional economic development, they have also been debated to pose some environmental challenges. Along these lines, we explored the long- and short-term connections of intensive energy consumption, economic openness, and construction sector development with the chemical oxygen demand throughout the scales of regional development of China's 30 provincial units over the 2004–2021 period. Theoretically, we contribute to the existing knowledge by incorporating chemical oxygen demand pollution, construction sector development, and economic openness to the Kaya identity's baseline framework. Empirically, we apply a series of advanced methods of panel data econometrics for robust results. Our key findings are as follows: First, we revealed a long-term stable cointegrating association among our variables of interest. Second, using the common correlated effect mean group estimator, we unfolded that the intensive energy consumption showed a chemical oxygen demand pollution reduction influence in both the long and short term, demonstrating the most substantial influence in the high regional development panel while expressing the least powerful influence the least regional development setting. Third, we unveiled that economic openness and construction sector development showed a linear chemical oxygen demand pollution enhancement influence in moderately and least developed regions. Nevertheless, both established an inverted U-shaped linkage with chemical oxygen demand pollution for the whole country as well as for high regional development data samples. Eventually, we found consistent estimates across long- and short-term investigations regarding signs of relationships; however, long-term effects remained more powerful than short-term ones. These findings would serve as factual scientific knowledge to help local as well as national governments create the optimal environmental regulations for the construction sector to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially the Climate Action Plan (i.e., SDG-13).     مستخلص: Since electric vehicle (ELV) deployment can contribute to overall renewable energy sources, exploration of the heterogeneous influence factors (HIFs) affecting the willingness to accept ELVs can assist in the realization of sustainable development goals, particularly universal access to affordable energy for all. In this research, we explored the HIFs that influence the willingness of individuals to accept ELVs (WAELV) within an integrated decision-making (IDM) framework. We established the IDM conceptual framework through the incorporation of HIFs, notably including the environmental and health benefits of ELVs, knowledge about innovation, and the benefits regarding the built environment and creating a comprehensive structure. We analyzed data gathered through questionnaires from urban and peri-urban areas of the Shandong province (China) by employing the partial least square structural equation modeling technique, which is an appropriate tool for analyzing data measured on a Likert scale. The key findings were as follows. Firstly, the capital cost of ELVs was found to be a significant barrier to the WAELV of individuals. Secondly, among other factors, the societal aspect of ELVs and the environmental awareness aspect were drivers of the WAELV of individuals across all the data samples. However, benefits for the built environment, knowledge about innovation, and the environmental and health benefits of ELVs only positively drove the WAELV of individuals in the urban setting and for the overall sample. Thirdly, these three HIFs were identified as neutral factors in the peri-urban areas. Thus, a clear disparity was detected between the urban and peri-urban areas in terms of factors influencing the WAELV of individuals. Finally, the social aspect of ELVs was revealed as the strongest driver, while benefits for the built environment turned out to be the weakest factor.
