    الوصف: The carbon neutrality target challenges the reliability of integrated energy system (IES) and therefore it is necessary to assess the comprehensive risk of IES projects for investors and managers. This work proposes a hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making framework to assess the risk of IES. In this framework, 16 risk factors are firstly identified from economy, technology, politics, society and management. Then, the HF-DEMATEL-CPT approach is proposed to assess the IES risk by combining the hesitant fuzzy sets (HFS), decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and cumulative prospect theory (CPT). Finally, a case is studied to analyze the risk factors of IES and assess the risks of four IES alternatives. The results show that there are 8 causal factors and 8 effect factors in IES risks and A3 is selected as the optimal solution. The sensitivity analysis is presented to prove the robustness of the result. Moreover, the proposed method is compared with other three risk assessment methods to show its superiority. Therefore, this study provides an effective and practical framework for IES risk assessment.

    الوصف: BackgroundMild cognitive impairment (MCI) is considered a transitional stage between cognitive normality and dementia among the elderly, and its associated risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is 10–15 times higher than that of the general population. MCI is an important threshold for the prevention and control of AD, and intervention in the MCI stage may be the most effective strategy to delay the occurrence of AD.Materials and methodsIn this study, 68 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into an MCI group (38 subjects) and normal elderly (NE) group (30 subjects). Both groups underwent clinical function assessments (cognitive function, walking function, and activities of daily living) and dual-task three-dimensional gait analysis (walking motor task and walking calculation task). Spatial-temporal parameters were obtained and reduced by principal component analysis, and the key biomechanical indexes were selected. The dual-task cost (DTC) was calculated for intra-group (task factor) and inter-group (group factor) comparisons.ResultsThe results of the principal component analysis showed that the cadence parameter had the highest weight in all three walking tasks. In addition, there were significant differences in the cadence both walking motor task (WMT) vs. walking task (WT) and walking calculation task (WCT) vs. WT in the MCI group. The cadence in the NE group only showed a significant difference between WMT and WT. The only differences between the MCI group and NE group was DTC cadence in WCT, and no differences were found for cadence in any of the three walking tasks.ConclusionThe results show that dual tasks based on cognitive-motor gait analysis of DTCcadence in MCI have potential value for application in early identification and provide theoretical support to improve the clinical diagnosis of MCI.

    الوصف: The optimal operation of microgrids is a comprehensive and complex energy utilization and management problem. In order to guarantee the efficient and economic operation of microgrids, a three-layer multi-agent system including distributed management system agent, microgrid central control agent and microgrid control element agent is proposed considering energy storage units and demand response. Then, based on this multi-agent system and with the objective of cost minimization, an operation optimization model for microgrids is constructed from three aspects: operation cost, environmental impact and security. To solve this model, dynamic guiding chaotic search particle swarm optimization is adopted and three scenarios including basic scenario, energy storage participation and demand response participation are simulated and analyzed. The results show that both energy storage unit and demand response can effectively reduce the cost of microgrid, improve the operation and management level and ensure the safety and stability of power supply and utilization.

    الوصف: With the development of photovoltaic (PV) industry, installing small-scale PV systems which are integrated into the buildings becomes popular. Therefore, it is important to make optimal investment decisions for investors and consumers. This paper proposes an improved group decision-making method which integrates the cumulative prospect theory and Choquet integral for the investment options of small-scale PV systems. From the perspective of sustainability, the alternatives are evaluated by four criteria, including economic benefits, solar energy condition, carbon emissions and social benefits. Since the performances of criteria are given by decision makers as linguistic variables, the proposed method measures the criteria values by intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then the alternatives are evaluated and ranked to determine the optimal option. Finally, the proposed method is implemented in a case study to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness.

    الوصف: In recent years, wind power industry has been developing rapidly as the wind resources are clean, cheap and inexhaustible. However, it is difficult to supply steady wind power generation due to the strong randomness, volatility and uncontrollability of wind energy. Therefore, it is significant to propose an efficient wind power prediction model. In this paper, a short-term wind power prediction model is proposed based on data mining technology and improved support vector machine method. In this model, data mining is employed to investigate the relationship between wind speed and wind power output and then modify the invalid original data. Then, based on wavelet transform method, the high frequency parts of the original signal can be eliminated. Next, cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize kernel function and penalty factor of support vector machine in order to improve the accuracy of the forecast result. Finally, a wind farm located in the Northwest China is selected to perform the case study. The results indicate that the proposed model has the best performance according to the values of several error assessment indexes, including mean absolute error, mean squared error and mean absolute percentage error.

    الوصف: In recent years, the wind curtailment has become a serious problem in China and the government are actively seeking solutions to deal with this energy loss. Therefore, the use of non-grid-connected wind power has received great attention since it can be supplied to local end users equipped with energy storage and then mitigate wind curtailment. Since the non-grid-connected wind power and local power load have to confront dramatic power fluctuations, a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) including batteries and supercapacitors is applied. This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization model of HESS configuration in non-grid-connected wind power/energy storage/local user system. In this model, two decision variables, numbers of batteries and supercapacitors, are determined based on the objective of annual profit maximization and wind curtailment rate minimization. To solve this model, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is employed to obtain Pareto front and VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) technique is applied to select the optimal solution from Pareto solutions. Finally, a wind farm in Hebei province is studied and discussed. A scenario analysis, a sensitivity analysis and a comparative analysis are performed to show the advantages of the proposed model.

    الوصف: High-tech industry's science and technology resource allocation has a characteristic of regional concentration, and optimizing the allocation is conductive to balanced development of regional high-tech industry. By constructing the measurement indicator system of the science and technology resource allocation level based on human resource, material resource and financial resource, doing sample empirical analysis on the data of science and technology resource allocation indicators of high-tech industry of 31 regions in China from 2005 to 2009, an important conclusion is drawn that the balanced index of science and technology resource allocation of high-tech industry of our country is relatively small, and regional high-tech industry's science and technology resource allocation is extremely unbalanced.
