الوصف: Since their introduction, Brauer configuration algebras (BCAs) and their specialized messages have helped research in several fields of mathematics and sciences. This paper deals with a new perspective on using such algebras as a theoretical framework in classical cryptography and music theory. It is proved that some block cyphers define labeled Brauer configuration algebras. Particularly, the dimension of the BCA associated with a ciphertext-only attack of the Vigenere cryptosystem is given by the corresponding key's length and the captured ciphertext's coincidence index. On the other hand, historically, Bach's canons have been considered solved music puzzles. However, due to how Bach posed such canons, the question remains whether their solutions are only limited to musical issues. This paper gives alternative solutions based on the theory of Brauer configuration algebras to some of the puzzle canons proposed by Bach in his Musical Offering (BWV 1079) and the canon \^a 4 Voc: Perpetuus (BWV 1073). Specifically to the canon \^a 6 Voc (BWV 1076), canon 1 \^a2 (also known as the crab canon), and canon \^a4 Quaerendo Invenietis. These solutions are obtained by interpreting such canons as ciphertexts (via route and transposition cyphers) of some specialized Brauer messages. In particular, it is noted that the structure or form of the notes used in such canons can be described via the shape of the most used symbols in Bach's works.

الوصف: Social innovation is a strategy for solving problems in community settings that integrates the cooperation of different participants to promote better conditions. This article aims to identify how co-creation practices promote the conservation of artisan textile knowledge through knowledge management and interculturality in social and educational spaces in the municipality of Nobsa - Boyacá, Colombia. In this, a descriptive investigation was privileged, for which there was a population of textile artisans and students of an educational institution of the municipality. The instruments used were the focus group technique and surveys to obtain data related to particular social aspects of the community under study. Social, educational, and business spaces were created using living laboratories that allowed the search for social alternatives to the problems encountered. As a result, a knowledge management model was obtained, based on the Nonaka and Takeuchi (1994) model, which responded to the research objectives, contributing to the reduction of acculturation of textile practices on a local level. ; La innovación social es una estrategia de solución de problemas en entornos comunitarios que integra la cooperación de diferentes participantes para promover mejores condiciones. الوصف: The focus on flag States for the purpose of attributing fisheries catch is inconsistent with the assignment of sovereign rights to coastal States under international law and undermines equity in contemporary quota allocation negotiations. We propose modernizing reporting frameworks to include zone-based reporting of fish catches to more equitably present data, ensure consistency with the Law of the Sea, and better support the realization by developing coastal States of their development aspirations consistent with SDG 14, Life Below Water. States are already required to collect the data necessary to support this change, and many regional fisheries management authorities already do so. Reforms to data collection and reporting mechanisms should support zone-based catch attribution as a central feature of negotiations around access to future fishing opportunities on shared resources. Doing so will ensure that the sovereign rights of developing coastal States are properly accounted for and implemented.

الوصف: The aim of this paper is to propose a model of business competitiveness based on the value chain for the coking sector in Colombia that allows its promotion and strengthening. A systematic review of the literature in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, in the period 2012-2022, was carried out to establish the documentary corpus. The categories of analysis identified converge in the competitiveness based on the value chain from which a model is proposed to integrate: the participation of social actors (government, community, academy, businessmen and unions), primary activities, support and articulate to maintain and improve competitiveness business with direct involvement in the coking sector. As a conclusion, this model contributes to the definition and direction of strategies in the transformation of coke, generating conditions of competitiveness based on customer satisfaction and the strengthening of the sector. ; Este artículo tiene como propósito plantear un modelo de competitividad empresarial basado en la cadena de valor para el sector coquizador en Colombia que le permita su fomento y fortalecimiento. Se efectuó una revisión sistemática de literatura en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus, en el periodo 2017-2022, para establecer el corpus documental. Las categorías de análisis identificadas convergen en la competitividad basada en la cadena de valor, a partir de la cual se plantea un modelo que integra: la participación de actores sociales (gobierno, comunidad, academia, empresarios y gremio), actividades primarias, de apoyo y articulación, para mantener y mejorar la competitividad empresarial con una implicación directa en el sector coquizador. Se concluye que este modelo contribuye a la definición y direccionamiento de estrategias en la transformación del coque, generando condiciones de competitividad a partir de la satisfacción del cliente y el fortalecimiento del sector.
