    The objective of this study is to verify if self-evaluations of sport confidence sources have a higher explanatory power in sport confidence than the explanatory power of importance in sport confidence sources. Second, we are going to see if there are differences of sport confidence with explanatory power in two different types of sport (team sports vs. individual sports). The questionnaires are adopted as the survey method in this study; the participants are the sportsmen and sportswomen in first division from university. The sport is divided into team sports and individual sports. A total of 147 valid questionnaires were returned. The simultaneous regression analysis and the stepwise regression analysis are adopted. The level of significance α is set at .05. And three results are found in this study: 1. The self-evaluations of sport confidence sources have a higher explanatory power in sport confidence than the explanatory power of importance in sport confidence sources. 2. There are differences of sport confidence in different types of sport. 3. The explanatory power of sport confidence in team sports is higher than the explanatory power of sport confidence in individual sport. For the future studies aiming at predicting the sport confidence, we suggest replacing self-evaluations of sport confidence sources with the sport confidence sources as the prediction index.

    الوصف: For training fully-connected neural networks (FCNNs), we propose a practical approximate second-order method including: 1) an approximation of the Hessian matrix and 2) a conjugate gradient (CG) based method. Our proposed approximate Hessian matrix is memory-efficient and can be applied to any FCNNs where the activation and criterion functions are twice differentiable. We devise a CG-based method incorporating one-rank approximation to derive Newton directions for training FCNNs, which significantly reduces both space and time complexity. This CG-based method can be employed to solve any linear equation where the coefficient matrix is Kronecker-factored, symmetric and positive definite. Empirical studies show the efficacy and efficiency of our proposed method.

    本篇論文係研發苯並咪唑-銅錯合物作為可撓性有機薄膜電晶體之閘極絕緣層。具有自我成膜特性的2-正庚基苯並咪唑-銅錯合物,成功的成長在鍍銅的可撓性塑膠基板(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)上,並作為五苯環有機薄膜電晶體之閘極絕緣層。有機電晶體以苯並咪唑-銅錯合物作為銅閘極絕緣層,其閘極絕緣層之製作具有自我成膜、溶水液製程、選擇性沈積等特色。以銅作為閘電極,並將水溶液製程所製作之苯並咪唑-銅錯合物作為閘極絕緣層的概念,提供一個在軟性塑膠基板上,製作低成本有機薄膜電晶體的方式。苯並咪唑-銅錯合物閘極絕緣層之有機電晶體其元件特性合乎電晶體應有的特徵。電晶體元件的臨界電壓、載子移動率、開關比和次臨界擺幅分別為~-4.2 V, ~0.08 cm2V-1s-1, ~4x103 and ~4.4 V/decade。 為了提升苯並咪唑-銅錯合物閘極絕緣層有機薄膜電晶體之元件特性,本論文研發出一具雙層薄膜結構之苯並咪唑-銅錯合物閘極絕緣層。雙層苯並咪唑-銅錯合物薄膜結構之是由2-正庚基苯並咪唑-銅和2-萘甲基苯並咪唑-銅錯合物所建構成。有機電晶體以雙層苯並咪唑-銅錯合物薄膜作為銅閘極絕緣層,其閘極絕緣層製作仍保有自我成膜、溶水液製程、選擇性沈積、時間短等特色。與2-正戊基苯並咪唑-銅錯合物閘極絕緣層(單一層薄膜結構)之有機薄膜電晶體比較,具雙層薄膜結構閘極絕緣層之電晶體有較好的元件性能。電晶體元件的載子移動率、開關比和次臨界擺幅分別為~0.21 cm2 V-1s-1, ~1.2x104 and~1.3 V/decade。 本論文也提供一改善有機薄電膜晶閘極漏電的方法。此方法係以改變苯並咪唑-銅錯合物中烷基鏈的長度來改善漏電。三種具不同烷基鏈長度的2-烷基苯並咪唑合物被選來作比較,它們分別為2-正戊基、2-正庚基和2-正壬基苯並咪唑。與2-正庚基苯並咪唑-銅錯合物閘極絕緣層作比較,有機電晶體以2-正壬基苯並咪唑-銅作為閘極絕緣層,其元件之閘極漏電可以有1000倍的改善。藉由X-ray繞射分析,閘極漏電的改善可歸因於在表面垂直方面有較大的d-spacing。

    From 19 century's end England economist Marshall first proposed the industrial cluster's concept, the industrial clusters has lasted until now for more than 100 years. Academia have not given the phenomenon of industrial clusters enough attention. Since Porter's proposed in 1990 that industrial clusters promote industrial, academia and industrialist have begun to research the subject. Many developed countries also to take advantage of promote development the clusters strategy. However, in the cluster not every company has the same competitive advantage. The manufacturer's connection to network, the node and position of that connection, and so on, explains the manufacturer's competitive advantage strong or weak. Therefore, this research according as network assists and essential factor apply both in the cluster's Network. We can find out it why the organization achievement affects? That is the research's goal. This research basis of analysis of variance and Regression Analysis find obvious change organizational performance organization achievement from essential factor, network assists, and network architecture. And so the phenomenon of industrial clusters suggests that Taiwan's industry benefits from clusters beyond the obvious social interactions of the manufacturer's employees. As part of the cluster, each manufacturer benefits from trust relationships formed in the community, which add value beyond the company's paid-in capital, human resource assets, and so on.

    الوصف: Many applications in microelectromechanical systems such as smart living space sensing system, microchannel system on chip and biomedical sensing system usually require instantaneously compensating or controlling the temperature of chip to acquire more linear and accurate output signal. So it is necessary to develop a micro temperature sensor or micro-hot-plate which has highly thermal isolation and low power characteristics. This thesis aims to design and fabricate a low power micro-hot-plate and a high-sensitivity temperature sensor for portable applications. This dissertation utilized a high power E-beam evaporator to deposit the platinum thin film as the material of temperature sensing and heating. The Pt layer is patterned using the lift-off technique. In addition, the micro-hot-plate can be released from the silicon substrate as a floating thin-plate using TMAH-based anisotropic etching technology. The floating structure can improve the thermal isolation and reduce the power loss through the silicon substrate. In this study, the higher temperature sensitivity (1914 ppm/¢J) and optimized sensing linearity ( > 99.9 %) of the platinum-based temperature sensor is demonstrated. On the other hand, the heating power of the floating micro-hot-plate developed in this research is only 14 mW when it be heated to 300 ¢J and the power efficiency is very high (18.3 ¢J/mW).

    الوصف: For organic solar cells: exciton generation, exciton diffusion, charge transfer, and charge transport of a photoactive layer are the important factors in photocurrent generation. In this thesis, we blend small molecular material tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum (Alq3) into poly [ 2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene-vinylene ]:short-length carbon nanotubes (MEH-PPV:SLCNTs) films to increase the light absorption, in the range of 300 to 450 nm, and hence increase the exciton generation. The comparison of the photoluminescence (PL) of a donor with that of the Donor-Acceptor composite provides an important and simple method to detect the charge transfer phenomenon. Furthermore, the degree of photoluminescence quenching may be representative of the efficiency of charge transfer. [1-6] Using this concept and method, we obtain that at the mix ratio of 1:0.5 (MEH-PPV:SLCNTs) by weight, 33 wt.% SLCNTs, probably have the maximum of charge transfer efficiency. To further check that at this concentration might have the maximum efficiency of the charge transfer, we also used time-resolved fluorescence spectrometer to measure the fluorescence lifetime of MEH-PPV. The shortest MEH-PPV fluorescence lifetime of 0.15 ns at 33 wt.% SLCNTs corresponds with our conjecture. For simplicity to discuss next experiment results, we make two assumptions at this mix ratio: (1) The efficiency of the charge transfer process is very high, so the competing processes can be neglected. Because of the forward electron transfer process occurs in the sub-picosecond time domain; (2) The exciton diffusion efficiency is approximately unity in the bulk heterojunction photoactive layer. Based on this assumption, the higher degree of photoluminescence quenching of MEH-PPV:Alq3 and MEH-PPV:Alq3:SLCNTs system demonstrates blending alq3 into MEH-PPV:SLCNTs films maybe can increase the charge photogeneration. The PL and UV/VIS absorption spectra are employed to examine the energy transfer process between Alq3 and MEH-PPV. When MEH-PPV:Alq3 films are excited at the wavelength of 380 nm which is in the main absorption region of Alq3, the increase in PL intensity of MEH-PPV at 577nm and the absent emission spectra of Alq3 illustrates Alq3 transfer its energy to MEH-PPV. By scanning electron microscopy, we observed that the surface pinholes became less than that of MEH-PPV films. This result suggests the devices utilizing the MEH-PPV:Alq3 composites as electron donor materials may have smaller electrode contact resistance. From all above the experiment data, we believe using MEH-PPV:Alq3:SLCNT as a photoactive layer perhaps can enhance the device performance.

The article for Solder Ball uses the Mixed-Viscoplastic way to simulate the warpage state of SOC when the temperature of Solder Ball rises by ANSYS. Then using the Viscoplastic material parameter simulates the acts by TCT experiment and checks the suitable Fatigue Model to get the analysis results turn into the reliability data. The reliability data puts to the proof with the experimental reliability data and compares differences to other documents.

    الوصف: Heat stress can significantly affect the immune function of the animal body. Heat stress stimulates oxidative stress in intestinal tissue and suppresses the immune responses of mice. The protecting effects of chitosan on heat stress induced colitis have not been reported. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of chitosan on immune function in heat stressed mice. Mice were exposed to heat stress (40 °C per day for 4 h) for 14 consecutive days. The mice (C57BL/6J), were randomly divided into three groups including: control group, heat stress, Chitosan group (LD: group 300 mg/kg/day, MD: 600 mg/kg/day, HD: 1000 mg/kg/day). The results showed that tissue histology was improved in chitosan groups than heat stress group. The current study showed that the mice with oral administration of chitosan groups had improved body performance as compared with the heat stress group. The results also showed that in chitosan treated groups the production of HSP70, TLR4, p65, TNF-α, and IL-10 was suppressed on day 1, 7, and 14 as compared to the heat stress group. In addition Claudin-2, and Occludin mRNA levels were upregulated in mice receiving chitosan on day 1, 7, and 14 of heat stress. Furthermore, the IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α plasma levels were down-regulated on day 1, 7, and 14 of heat stress in mice receiving the oral administration of chitosan. In conclusion, the results showed that chitosan has an anti-inflammatory ability to tolerate hot environmental conditions.
