مستخلص: The events in the power system leading to pre-emergency, emergency and post-emergency modes are analyzed. An original non-parametric method for identification and prediction of these events in real time is considered, which uses data from synchronized vector measurements and other telemetric information, and does not require a priori information about the parameters of the mathematical model of the power system. The method does not use statistical calculations and does not require prior training. In the process of the three-step algorithm of the method, the criterion is calculated in the form of the norm of the product of two matrices (arrays of ordered data). A sharp increase in the value of the criterion corresponds to the occurrence of an event in the power system, and the moment when the value of the criterion deviates from zero coincides with the time of occurrence of this event. The performance of the algorithm is determined by the sampling frequency of the signals and coincides with the time interval between two successive measurements. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by the example of detecting the moment of an emergency in the Omsk power system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
