| الوصف: | Objective: to identify the profile of Brazilian scientific production of Nursing on the donation of organs and tissues, in our country. Method: integrative review of literature, guided by the following research question: how to characterize the profile of Brazilian scientific production of nursing on the donation of organs and tissues? The search of the articles occurred in following databases: SCIELO, CINAHL, LILACS, MEDLINE and COCHRANE, classified by year of publication, location of research and issues approached. The results were presented in tables and the discussions were centered in the process of donation and transplantation of organs and tissues. Results: of the articles found, 21.05% were available in LILACS; 47.36% in SCIELO; 10.52% in MEDLINE; 5.26% in COCHRANE, and 15.78% in CINAHL. Of these, only 42.10% were arguing about the family experience, and 21.05% on the denial; 10.52% the decision, and 26.31% about the assistance before these processes. Conclusion: It is important that Nursing publications in the process of organ donation continue to evolve, covering a range of issues, being able to provide support to nursing professionals improve their health care. Descriptors: Organ Transplant; Tissue Transplant; Nursing. RESUMO Objetivo: identificar o perfil da produção científica brasileira de Enfermagem sobre doação de órgãos e tecidos. Método: revisão integrativa de literatura, norteada pela questão de pesquisa: como se caracteriza o perfil da produção científica brasileira de enfermagem sobre doação de órgãos e tecidos? A busca dos artigos foi nas bases de dados SCIELO, CINAHL, LILACS, MEDLINE e COCHRANE, classificados por ano de publicação, local das pesquisas e temáticas abordadas. Os resultados foram apresentados em tabelas e a discussão foi respaldada com a literatura. Resultados: 21,05% dos artigos estavam disponíveis na LILACS; 47,36% na SCIELO; 10,52% na MEDLINE; 5,26% no COCHRANE, e 15,78% no CINAHL.
