Propositions pour une esquisse de théorie de l'audio-visuel des géographes. ; Abstract. - The working group «Geography and audio-visuals» ; a group of the french National Committee of Geography ; has been founded in 1979. The first members of the group were some geographers who had been previously involved in various individual audio-visual attempts ; and tried to improve as much as possible audio-visual aids in their research ; their teaching and ; more generally ; in their communication with the public. They were equally concerned with human and physical geography. One of the first concretization of the group activities has been the realization of « Des géographes. .» ; a multi-sided 16 mm film ; the aim of which was to present several geographers at work and introduce a large public to quite fresh and more traditional ways to do geography. |
