مستخلص: The article presents case study of a 3-year-old girl presented with asymptomatic skin lesions on her limbs, face and back and was diagnosed with lichen striatus (LS) and generalized vitiligo. It mentions that she was prescribed with oral methylprednisolone minipulses and oral steroid therapy and was switched to topical corticosteroids (TCS) and tacrolimus for maintenance therapy. It also discusses the impact of change in immunologic factors, oxidative stress and sympathetic neurogenic.
