مستخلص: The article discusses the study which demonstrates the impact of sodium alginate on gene expressions of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) of Pacific white shrimps' (Litopenaeus vannamei) hemocyte, muscle, and gills. The study suggests that the administration of sodium alginate in feed of the shrimps shows difference in growth performance but has no significant increase in percent survival.
