Surgical treatment of pyoderma gangrenosum with negative pressure wound therapy and skin grafting, including xenografts: personal experience and comprehensive review on 161 cases. NPWT and skin graft are helpful in reducing pain and shortening overall treatment time and have been successfully applied in PG patient.7-9 Our case also showed that it is safe and effective to treat PG with NPWT and skin graft.
