مستخلص: The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate lower limb and trunk muscle activation in resistance exercise trained men who performed the back squat exercise and the resisted sled exercise. Researchers evaluated 10 men. They found that there were no significant differences between the two exercises seen during an analysis of electromyographic activity of muscles and concluded that either exercise could be used as part of an athletic training program.
