مستخلص: The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old man presented with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) due to aortic valve staphylococcal endocarditis. The patient was diagnosed with occlusion of the left circumflex artery (LCx) after a final contrast injection. He was administered with a guide extension mother-and-child catheter to protect from distal embolism.
