مستخلص: This article compares the outcomes of two different surgical approaches for the removal of olfactory groove meningiomas (OGMs): the supraorbital keyhole craniotomy and larger open/transcranial approaches. The study found that the extent of resection and preservation of olfaction were similar between the two approaches. However, the supraorbital keyhole approach was associated with a significantly shorter length of stay and less postoperative edema compared to the larger open approaches. Overall, the quality of life outcomes did not differ significantly between the two groups. [Extracted from the article]
