The article discusses the High Court of Australia case Plaintiff M13/2011 versus Minister for Immigration and Citizenship as of June 2011, wherein the plaintiff applied for a protection visa, fearing prosecution in Malaysia both on religious grounds and those of having had a child out of wedlock.
