The article presents a case study of a 4-month-old boy who was born with a small, flat, violaceous lesion on the sole of his right foot which was diagnosed as congenital giant solitary juvenile xanthogranuloma. It notes that the patient was treated conservatively, and at the age of 8 months, the lesion had almost completely resolved. |
