The article presents case study of a 74-year-old patient who was diagnosed with cyclodialysis clefts and underwent Retraction gonioscopy for the treatment. It mentions that goniolens with a wide contact flange Volk-G4 was used together with a viscous interface solution Viscotears liquid gel which together with gentle traction on the goniolens deepened the anterior chamber by the retrograde motion of the lens iris diaphragm. |
