مستخلص: The article describes an initiative by the Postgraduate Medical Institute (PGMI) in Peshawar, Pakistan to assess the feasibility of teaching patient-centered professionalism to resident doctors using standardized patients (SP). It states that developed countries include professionalism in medical training, but developing countries do not and because of medical tourism and migration of doctors across the globe, it is important that they function in a professional manner.
