The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old man with machine-related crush injury, who was scheduled for emergent debridement of the injured limb. The patient had a sonographic examination that shows hypertrophic brachial plexus bilaterally. The patient had a history of weakness in the upper limbs and muscle weakness after a fever. He had assessed with regression of brachial block with anaesthetic management. |
