| الوصف: | Pour un ingenieur R&D, le reseau personnel n’est pas qu’un moyen d’acceder a des ressources techniques (savoirs, equipements, etc.). C’est, aussi et surtout, un moyen d’acces a des ressources politiques, qui lui permettent d’influencer en sa faveur les processus decisionnels. Notre etude permet d’identifier quelles formes de reseau personnel procurent le meilleur acces aux ressources politiques, dans le contexte du secteur des micro et nanotechnologies. ; For an R -D ingenator, the personal network is not just a means of accessing technical resources (knowledge, equipment, etc.). It is also, and above all, a means of accessing political resources, which enable it to influence decisional processes in its favour. Our study identifies which forms of personal reswelling provide the best access to political resources, in the context of the micro and nanotechnology sector. |
