The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old woman with a pruritic, pink plaque on the right fifth digit. She had a history of breast cancer, renal cell cancer, follicular cell lymphoma, and non-melanoma skin cancer. A papule was also noted beneath the nail plate on the left thumb. She was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on two nail units on examining with biopsy. She was then treated with Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) followed by granulation. |
