The article discusses the geophysical characterization of the two major faults of the Møre-Trøndelag Fault Complex (MTFC), the Tjellefonna fault sensu stricto and Baeverdalen fault in Norway. It states that the Tjellefonna appears to be flanked by minor damage zone while the Baeverdalen is interpreted as highly deformed with its fault gouge and fractured rocks. It also mentions that weqthe influence of Mesozoic normal faulting along MTFC is more complex. |
