`titrebSummary`/titrebDespite the number of children involved, the measures of management of attention and executive disorders remain widely inadequate. Given the difficulties that these disorders can cause on academic and social development and therefore their impact on quality of life, development of appropriate and effective devices is critical. Techniques of cognitive remediation constitute a preferred approach in this perspective. The paper presents various programs developed in this field and outlines some principles governing their establishment. Other therapeutic areas are discussed. Combining them in a global and coordinated care seem to be the most effective approach. ; `titrebRésumé`/titrebEn dépit de leur prévalence élevée et en particulier du nombre d’enfants concernés, les mesures de prise en charge des troubles attentionnels et exécutifs restent largement insuffisantes. Compte tenu des difficultés que ces troubles peuvent générer au plan scolaire et social et donc de leur incidence en termes de qualité de vie, le développement de dispositifs adaptés et efficaces est essentiel. Les techniques de remédiation cognitive constituent une approche de choix dans cette perspective. L’article présente différents programmes développés dans ce champ et expose certains principes gouvernant leur mise en place. D’autres axes thérapeutiques sont abordés, leur combinaison au sein d’une prise en charge globale et concertée constituant l’approche la plus opérante. |
