The article presents a case study of a patient with unresectable pancreatic cancer causing obstructive jaundice was admitted to a hospital. The patient underwent for an endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided biliary drainage after a failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) using Hot AXIOS system. The article also cites the use of Serum saline physiological (SSF) irrigation and cleaning of the stent. |
