El análisis de los elementos del entorno que puedan afectar o beneficiar el desempeño energético en una organización permite alinear su sistema de gestión de la energía (SGEn) con la planeación estratégica y cultura organizacional, y de esta forma anticiparse a cambios que impacten en los resultados previstos, al aprovechar las oportunidades, potenciar las fortalezas, afrontar las amenazas y corregir las debilidades detectadas. El objetivo del presente artículo es una propuesta de procedimiento para la identificación de los factores internos y externos que definen el contexto de la organización, que dé cumplimiento al requisito “comprensión de la Organización y su contexto” de la norma ISO 50001 de 2018 sobre gestión de la energía. ; Analysing the elements of the environment that may affect or benefit the energy performance of an organisation makes it possible to align its energy management system (SGEN) with the strategic planning and organisational culture, thus anticipating changes that have an impact on the expected results, by seizing opportunities, enhancing strengths, addressing threats and correcting identified weaknesses. The objective of this Article is a proposal for a procedure for the identification of internal and external factors defining the context of the organisation, fulfilling the “understanding of the Organisation and its context” requirement of ISO 50001 of 2018 on Energy Management. |
