| الوصف: | 六堆竹田鄉是文心蘭生產重地之一，其品質冠居全台，替當地農民提高了不少收入，但隨著競爭對手增加及消費喜好改變，利潤逐年下降。本研究試圖探討在自然環境適合農業發展的地區，生產者如何面對困境，以及不同選擇與各自呈現出的成效。本研究係以「社會網絡」的觀點出發，深入探究團隊成員如何利用彼此不盡相同的背景、技能與經驗來進行知識與資源的交流。對組織而言，這將是創新的建構。本研究透過問卷調查、參與觀察、網絡分析及訪談，釐清六堆竹田文心蘭生產者如何因應外在環境的挑戰並參與社會組織，從而建立社會關連以獲取資源。研究結果發現：文心蘭為竹田地區主要農產新興產業經營，由於區域環境因素各有不同，所需投入的技術也有所差異，若生產者無法自行滿足所有必備投入的條件，可藉由生產者直接或間接的社會連帶關係來解決自身的問題，因此，文心蘭生產者間的社會網絡建置與花卉產業經營成功與否有著密切關係。另外，由於文心蘭在生產過程中需投入不少人力，對外連結或兼營栽培的情形較為常見，且文心蘭的栽培與銷售在竹田發展的時間仍短，目前尚未能突破生產技術瓶頸或克服部分病蟲害，因此對外連結的需求程度也較高。此外，文心蘭之社會網絡關係可透過不同脈絡加以連結，必要時，可充分利用彼此直接或間接的「連帶關係」，期以這樣的社會關係創造更多社會資本，解決當前遭遇的問題。 ; Jhutian County is one of the important sources of the Oncidium orchid, which shares its prestige with its high quality and substantial revenue for the local farmers. However, its revenue drops as the number of competitor increases and consumer preferences changes. This study sees into how the producers make different decisions and the outcomes they brought when faced with the challenges. By careful investigation, this study aims at promoting the knowledge economy and resource sharing among the members through their different backgrounds, skills, experiences, knowledge, and resources from the perspective of “Social Network,” which will be the key point to successful innovation for the social organization. From the analyses of the questionnaires and in-depth interviews, this study also clarifies how the producers can respond to and take advantage of theresources obtained by using the social solidarity established when joining social organizations as they face the challenges from the external environment.The results show that: the Oncidium production is the main emerging regional agri-business development in Jhutian County. Different types of Oncidium output quota require different conditions of inputs. If the producers cannot meet all the conditions needed for inputs, they can still directly or indirectly resolve their predicaments by different forms of social solidarity.
