مستخلص: The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old, postmenopausal patient, presented in 2016 an incidental cystic lesion in the screening mammography, and the lesion lied in the upper inner quarter of the left breast. The article discusses that the final histopathological diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma arising from an epidermal cyst, moderate grade of differentiation; and the breast ultrasound showed a suspicious solid lesion inside the cyst.
