مستخلص: We thank Annie Kroushev and her colleagues for their interest in our article that described our investigation of the effect of different labour progression guidelines.[1] As compliance is a known challenge in clinical randomised controlled trials and practice, we made an effort to minimise its effect.[1] We found that the labour dystocia diagnoses differed between the groups and that the use of oxytocin was not always in accordance with the diagnosis.
