مستخلص: The article presents a study that examines the deviations effect of median nuchal translucency thickness (NT) measurements on the screening performance in trisomy 21. The said deviations were investigated by simulation of NT and multiples of the median (MoM) values at given gestation weeks. It shows that little deviations in median NT do not have an effect on the screening performance and would not benefit from the operator-specific medians use, which makes the entire screening method complex.
