مستخلص: The article focuses on the response to the Evangelicals and Catholics Together (ECT) mission of Chuck Colson and Richard John Neuhaus in Latin and North America. ECT has had relatively little impact in Latin America and several evangelical organizations have issued statements distancing themselves from ECT. A supporter of ECT is British theologian Tony Lane, who suggests that those hoping to build on the Protestant-Catholic interaction must look to the example of the Regensburg Colloquy of 1541. It presents a background on the Regensburg Colloquy.
